Don't nerf mechagnomes

I mean in terms of performance the MG changes were bigger. The vulp one did a huge hit on their good farming tho (it was basically the Zandalari racial on crack tbh).

But yeah the passive primary stat was changed from 40 per stack to 25, 400 primary stat from a racial was stronger than a flask, crazy good.

The old form of their cheat death racial healed for 20% hp instead of 15% and the cooldown was shorter.

Their HOLOs dealt DPS a la mirror images.

I mean I’m not surprised HOLO got changed but the other two I don’t think it would have been the end of the world if they stayed as they were. But yeah having essentially a talent “DPS CD” for a racial was broken. It may be that HOLO was never meant to deal DPS and it was a bug tho.

Still good racials by any stretch. Pandaren have the most valuable “passive” stat boost worth 93 secondary/132 primary (that’s just over 1 % boosts for each stat concerned) and MGs is worth a potential 250 primary which is extremely easy to keep maxed in raids and dungeons, almost twice as powerful as pandaren in terms of value. It also scales extremely well for classes that have % modifiers on their primary like frost DK for example with pillar of frost.

It was alliance themselves who complained at firsthand how op it is and how it forces everybody to play a hooman.

rather than nerfing racials I’d rather see most of them just get overhauled/ redesigned, or atleast the active ones at minimum.
