What you think of Nuaaro?
I don’t know why, but when I think about draenei names greek names come to my mind.
- Xenon
- Alexandros
- Calandra
- Kallen
- Demosthenes
- Eudoxos
- Markos
I like it
I once learned that it is common to have two consecutive vowels in draenei names, like Tuurem, Telaar, Halaa, Maraad, Onaala…
My Lightforged Draenei is named ‘Ultrix’ which roughly derives from the Latin word for ‘vengeance’. Since the Draenei were hunted by the Legion and massacred by the Orcs, they have a lot of vengeance to dish out. So my character’s name is quite adequate.
Agnieszka is a good one.
I’m tempted to search for characters named Tunak.
well they ride Elephant-like creature, have a mark on their forehead, and the male Draenei dance is inspired by this: so yes Tunak would be an amazing name

I have always used surnames of Russian writers for my Dreanei starting way back in TBC with my first one called Chekhov. I got so many people whispering “Beam me up Scotty!”

Indian names would work perfectly for a Draenei
I’m ironically named after one of Buddha’s attendants who was known for his excellent memory. (Ironically because I have no short term memory). It’s also an attribute of the Brahman in Hinduism representing Joy and, again, ironical as I spend most of my time whinging. I thought it a perfect match.
