We have made the following changes to improve Thread of Time gain for the Cloak of Infinite Potential. Our goal with these additional items is to give players access to more Threads of Time from daily repeatable sources. These should serve as readily attainable power-ups from a wide variety of content, so players can enjoy the breadth of Pandaria while also gaining additional power. There are four new items that grant players escalating amounts of power for the Cloak of Infinite Potential:
Minor Spool of Eternal Thread
Lesser Spool of Eternal Thread
Spool of Eternal Thread
Greater Spool of Eternal Thread
Players will be able to find these new items from a variety of solo and group sources, ensuring all players have accessible ways to improve their cloak:
Infinite Bazaar Repeatable Dailies
First-Time Daily Scenario, Dungeon, and each LFR queue
World Bosses
Remix Achievements
Each of these achievements are available for additional characters to complete as well for bonus Bronze - and now bonus Spools of Eternal Thread.
Troves of the Thunder King scenario on the Isle of Thunder
We’ve made the following changes and bugfixes are intended to address concerns about the balance of low- and high-level players in various Remix content.
The health of creatures in heroic scenarios has been decreased by 20% - 25%, based on the players’ levels. Higher level players will see enemies incur a larger decrease.
The health and damage of creatures on the Timeless Isle, Isle of Giants, and Isle of Thunder has been reduced.
Several spell gems (that were not scaling up or down correctly based on player level) have been adjusted so that they provide a more-appropriate scaling effect. This includes Cold Front, Windweaver, Vampiric Aura, and Lightning Rod.
Spell gems with shielding effects should no longer cause threat.
Fixed a bug with Righteous Frenzy not canceling upon the end of combat.
Timerunner’s Vial mana regen significantly increased.
Adjusted the reputation granted from Granite Quilen to be more in line with expected values.
Fixed an issue in Guo-Lai Halls causing trap tiles to flicker.

I see that Blizzard have again forgotten to fix/address any of the issues with any/all of the guild achievements. I have been reporting bugs in game every day since 10.2.7 got released. Any chance of a roll back ?
Fixed an issue where canceling Dragon Strike using invisibility will lead to Chargath not casting Grounding Chain.
Items
Fixed an issue where Augury of the Primal Flame would not proc certain effects such as Seal of Diurna’s Chosen and Seal of Filial Duty.
Fixed an issue where Tome of Unstable Power could proc from non-class spell effects such as self-damage from Vessel of Searing Shadows.
Player versus Player
Victories in Solo Shuffle now reward 5 crests (was 3) and victories in Rated 2v2 and Rated 3v3 Arenas now reward 2 crests (was 1).
WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria
Mini Mana Bomb (Horde) and Theramore Tabard (Alliance) are now available from Horos at any Infinite Bazaar for players who have completed Theramore’s Fall for their given faction on any Timerunner.
Developers’ notes: There is no more need to complete it at exactly level 35.
Fixed an issue where some steps of the Infinite Power achievements could be skipped for players.
Survival Hunter 4-set damage bonus increased to 80% (was 50%).
Paladin

Word of Glory healing increased by 15%. Does not affect PvP combat.
Light of Dawn healing increased by 20%.
Shaman
Brimming with Life now increases maximum health by 10% (was 8%).
Enhancement
Chain Lighting damage increased by 10%.

Primordial Wave’s additional Lightning Bolts now deal 175% of normal damage (was 150%). Not applied to PvP combat.

Fear now costs 4% of base mana (was 5%).
Demonic Gateway now costs 10% of base mana (was 20%).
Dungeons and Raids
Neltharus
Addressed an issue where multiple players can interact with Burning Chains.
Chargath
Slag Eruption duration reduced to 3 seconds (was 4 seconds).
Fetter duration increased to 15 seconds (was 12 seconds).
Addressed an issue where canceling Dragon Strike using invisibility will lead to Grounding Chain not being cast.
Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr
Bromach
Quaking totem’s health reduced by 10%.
Emberon
Addressed an issue where Purging Flames’ visual does not line up with the beam area.
Player versus Player
Items
Seal of Diurna’s Chosen will deal 50% reduced damage in PvP combat.
Demon Hunter
Havoc
All damage reduced by 4% in PvP combat.
Demonic Wards now reduces magic damage taken by 5% in PvP combat (was 10%).
Druid
Balance
Developers’ notes: We recently removed the PvP nerf for Frenzied Regeneration primarily to help Feral Druids, but Balance Druids got a windfall and became a little too powerful with this change. We’re pulling back on this buff specifically for Balance Druid only, so that their survivability is more in line with everyone else.
Frenzied Regeneration heals for 5% health every sec (was 8%) for Balance Druid in PvP combat.
Balance of All Things will now give the correct amount of critical strike chance in PvP combat when 2 talent points are invested into it.
Restoration
Wrath damage increased by 50% in PvP combat.
Starfire damage increased by 50% in PvP combat.
Moonfire damage increased by 80% in PvP combat.
Hunter
Marksmanship
Sniper Shot’s (PvP Talent) range increase reduced to 30% (was 40%).
Sniper Shot’s (PvP Talent) damage is no longer affected by Mastery: Sniper Training.
Paladin
Holy
Flash of Light healing increased by 12% in PvP combat.
Judgment damage increased by 30% in PvP combat.
Hammer of Wrath damage increased by 50% in PvP combat.
Holy Shock damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
Glimmer of Light damage decreased by 25% in PvP combat (was 30%).
Priest
Mental Agility now reduces the mana cost of Mass Dispel, Purify, and Purify Disease by 25% in PvP combat (was 50%).
Holy
Holy Fire’s direct damage is now reduced by 20% in PvP combat.
The cooldown of Chastise is now reduced by 1 second per talent point from Voice of Harmony in PvP combat (was 2 seconds).
Rogue
Subtlety
Rupture damage is now increased by 15% in PvP combat.
Backstab damage is now increased by 45% in PvP combat (was 30%).
Gloomblade damage is now increased by 45% in PvP combat (was 30%).
Quests
Fixed an issue during “Handling It: Taut Tethercoil” where casting Tethercoil Rune on valid creatures was not awarding Taut Tethercoil.
Jepetto Joybuzz and his clockwork assistant have received a new shipment of Prismatic Baubles in stock from the Mad Merchant. They can be purchased during the month of June for the standard price of 250,000 gold.
Quests
Fixed an issue where raid encounters were not granting quest credit for “To the Test: Rune of Shadowbinding”.
What’s Down There? now requires 1 Massive Lunker (was 2).
That’s not a Fish… now requires 5 Massive Lunkers (was 10).
We’re Going to Need a Bigger Harpoon now requires 10 Massive Lunkers (was 25).
Items
Ominous Conch cooldown lowered to 1 minute (was 5 minutes).
Increased the drop rate of Ominous Conch found in Tuskarr Tackle Boxes.
Ominous Conch now has a maximum stack size of 20.
Developers’ notes: Ominous Conch used to have a maximum stack size of 20 in earlier patches, and that was removed. Since we’re putting the max back on it, we think it’s best to also reduce the associated achievement requirements and cooldown.
Hey. If you guys are at it you could nerf more achievements that are affected with the ominous counch nerf as well such as:
Pulled!
Lunkers, Lunkers Everywhere.
Amount of Copper coin needed for Otto mount is unchanged but they drop from Lunkers. perhaps buff the drop chance since now many people lost hundreds of ominous cronches and forming full raids for this is not as easy as it was earlier in the expansion.
