My tip is - wait.
Wait until prepatch when all new stuff goes live, and check out what you can do with each race, tattoos, hair, rings, vines, bones eyes and god-knows-what xD
Then decide which race looks more badass! =)

On a serious note, dwarf, definitely.
Race changed from human awhile ago, no regrets, and if you choose to go dark iron, the mole machine is great for farming old content and getting about.
I mean, they look great in plate, they have massive beards, and love beer and axes, what more could a warrior want?
Dwarf. Remember, that if you pick a class that can be dwarf, pick dwarf. It’s the ancient, unwritten law of champions!
