Early Look at Tier Sets

Eh could be worse however not decent enough to make me actually not mog over it.

I’m not really blown away by the Paladin one, not something I’d mog into but I’ll collect it like I try to with everything else XD

I like the monk tier set

Of course, as per usual, the hunter set looks hideous.
Not that I was expecting something good, but still… Why Blizzard? Just why…

They need to stop hiding all the Warlock stuff! That’s all I am waiting for atm

It looked more promising as concept art.

Soon™

Paladin appeared overnight so maybe Warlock will too over the next few days.

I really want to see the talents. I always play my Locks as Demo with a Shaman healer

It looks better, but it still looks horrible to me.
I don’t want stuff like this. I want actual CLOTHING. Not pieces of rock flung together.

Sigh.

Ah well, saves me the trouble of collecting this mess.
Hopefully the leveling set and/or dungeon set look nice.
Maybe there’s a cool renown set in one of the zones.

I’m still looking forward to DF, but I have lost any and all interest in the raid.

I haven’t liked most of the looks from raids for years. I think the last one I used was an LFR recolour from a Legion raid.

This mog is mostly Venthyr pieces which is the first time I felt like changing since Legion xD

Hunters do tend to draw the short straw when it comes to tier, there are very few I like. Maybe with the addition of another mail wearing class you’ll get even more choice of off pieces.

Hope so, but I doubt it. Mail armor itself really just doesn’t fit MY hunter fantasy.
I don’t view them as ‘knights with bows’.

Thankfully we’re seeing more and more sets that are for all armor types.
I have to say though, that I do enjoy making transmog sets of my own. So it’s okay I don’t want to wear complete existing sets.

It’s just a bit of a shame that there’s not a single individual piece in this set that I’d like to combine into something; they’re so specifically designed that they don’t go with anything I’d consider ‘hunter’.

I quite like the warrior one, especially when I imagine the mythic one with the massive orange flame coming from it, like in the concept art. I hope this isn’t the mythic one. If it has physics on the floating stones it will be pretty good.

I’m happy to see the Legion “glowy outline” effect make a return. I don’t know why it was forgotten for 2 expansions, it always look awesome!

Hunter and rogue feel a bit too similar to me, mainly because of the pointy glove-blade things.

Imo, they’re all at least good, and none of them look bad per se.

For me the biggest mistake is making them all share a theme. I like the old days when each class stood apart with sets.

I do think they need to add more costume options where people can look different to their stereotypical armour type.

We’ve seen it with some of the covenant appearances and ofc things like the RAF/Store outfits.

It’s a good thing when you LIKE the theme.
But a bad thing when you don’t.

In this case I hate the theme. I’m not some weird rock monster. I don’t want to play as some weird rock monster and I definitely don’t want to look like some weird rock monster.

Aye. And with Renown making a return for the major factions in the different zones, maybe we’ll get some cool stuff.

How about a Tuskarr themed set? That could be cool.
A centaur themed set? Could be cool.

At least I’d imagine sets like that looking more ‘down to earth’ and ‘basic’.

Hum, not too bad. It’s gonna look better in a recolor. Either way, I know I’ll look sexy in anything :smirk: so…

I’d love to see Hunter pets with some kind of optional armor that fits the set we wear.

We should at least have some fur somewhere!

If you get that sooner than feral druids, they’ll be mad

Yeah that sounds cool, but also like a LOT of work for Blizzard with the hundreds of beast models out there. So I don’t see that ever happening.
