I donât get the whole thing, I mean as far as I know thereâs no medical technology that allows men to turn into women or vice-versa, so if thereâs not way to do that thereâs not transition to begin with so what are we even talking about here?

I have my fair share of disagreements with the current movement. All though none that should deny them rights.
To put it simply. If you encounter an individual that looks like a certain gender, sounds like a certain gender and acts like a certain gender. What would the default pronouns or pronoun equivalent in your language fall to?
To the gender being presented, irrelevant to the individuals actual sex.
Unfortunately for MtF individuals, the changes to their bodies from their inherent hormones will more often than not make it more difficult to dress themselves as their desired gender. Compared to FtM which should be apparent for many, no one really cares about because their transition fits in much easier.
Then you also got drag which is nothing more than males (apparently there is also a female version of it) dressing and acting in a more flamboyant and/or feminine way without trying to masque themselves as the other gender.
