Easiest fix for premade problems

Making premades vs premades would ruin pvp he says.

Make AV give exalted and watch the # of premades go to 0.

Classic is the desire to recreate the Vanilla experience, that’s all.

Besides, why are Classic and its derivatives so successful? Because precisely, Classic, or rather vanilla WoW, were created with a goal and a mentality that no longer exists today with Retail. Except there is a size problem, Classic/vanilla/whatever is there, but the mentality of vanilla players is no longer there.

We have to deal with the current degenerates of Retail or more precisely the mentality of contemporary players.

That’s just my point. Plus the fact that ignorant people are trying to make me believe that what I experienced in Vanilla in 2005 doesn’t exist.

Yes, people now know WHAT they want to do in game and the fastest way of how to do it. It’s a completed game, you don’t just get home from school, throw your school bag to the side and jump into an adventure game any more. You know that. I know that. EVERYBODY knows that.

You can’t ‘recreate the Vanilla experience’. That was NEVER going to be a thing.

You haven’t played retail in a while, have you? This is the private server mentality, not the retail one. Retail has solo queue, retail has ‘jump in and do what you want because nothing matters and you can play aimlessly’ gameplay and players.

It’s the same difference with Runescape 3 and Old School Runescape. They’re completed games played by old-school players, not newbies that just want to kill time.

You’re the one trying to tell people that your experience was THE experience, it wasn’t. Battlegrounds went through a lot of changes in Vanilla, to start with they were realm specific. Then up until Cataclsym they were battlegroup specific. They’re now region-wide instead.

Just make 2 queues.

One for people that goes in as solo and up to 4 people.

And one queue for people that goes in as a team of 5 up to a team of 10.

This will make it better for the solo players and for the ones that just plays with a friend or 2.

And for the bigger teams it makes it abit more even where a good team of 5 could beat a weaker team of 10.

[Edit]
If people was wondering what to do if its 6-9 people. Best thing would be not to allow a group of 6-9 people.
It should give an error message saying “Your team need to either be of 5 or 10 players”.

That was the goal before it was ruined by degenerates of which you seem to be one, and a significant part of the players are still looking for that. Your selfishness is ruining the aspiration and purposes of Classic, those who want to play like degenerates, Retail is here for them.

Retail = Want everything, right away, as quickly and easily as possible. This is precisely the heart of the problem on SoD. The only thing that the private servers brought is a meta, minmaxing for classic, not premades with 3 unkillable priests in each BGs.

I did the entirety of Vanilla, and why talking about Cata? TBC and after that’s not vanilla, Vanilla stops when TBC comes out.

So, I repeat, I know how the BGs went, I was there and those who were there can confirm it.

I just love how you’re so triggered you just cannot help insulting people who disagree with you, the more they rile you, the more insults. It’s great how hurt your feeeeeelings are.

Feeeeeeeelingggggs.

You are a pathological liar, and need medical help. Lobotomy would be easiest tbh.

Does that line sound like whining? I just copy pasted what you wrote :sunglasses:

indeed it is. Bit of a difference calling someone ‘retarded’ (which ive just been called by Lily mutiple times) a mental condition the person is question is probably born with and can do nothing about.

Or calling someone an innocuous " fool "

Who’s more the fool now, fool ? Give you a clue my lil frangible snowflake, it’s the one who is triggered by being called a ‘fool’, but you are GREAT at cut and pasting btw, where did you learn such skills my friend ?

you seem mad, maybe take a break from the forums if they affect your mental state like that.

popcorn all the way baby ! you make me happy. /applaud

I played in Vanilla and there the horde queued ONLY as premade. Only on satur/sunday you would occasionally find a real pug, and they would have like 7 players in WSG, never to fill up and resultantly lose.

I think the difference per server must have been very high back then, I am 100% sure about our server status, but you can be right too.
I am talking about the original vanilla here, in 2005. I think that’s what we’re talking about?

Because otherwise, this time classic, during the HWL title grind it was like 60% premades in any bg.

one could only dream of being such a righteous figure, bringing joy to all.

Kneel before Zo…, i mean Zede.

nah thats cringe

Yes I’m talking about vanilla, from the beginning until the opening of TBC. And I obviously had the opposite experience, almost exclusively PUGs and occasionally premades, sometimes the team of a future R14, but in all cases, a premade did not mean assured defeat like today, it was 50/50, no -20% damage debuff or priest that makes anyone unkillable.

nar, that’s your lack of pop culture knowledge.
