If Void Elves and Mag’har have gotten their’s and Blizzard have said themselves, that allied races will also be getting some as the expansion goes along, then I’m fairly certain that Nightborne, Lightforged Draenei and Highmountain Tauren are being worked on as we speak. Void Elves as well, for more “Void-like” features.
I hope they remake the whole nightborne. It was rushed and badly made job from their part and nightborne needs a complete overhaul. I hope they make them less muscular as well why are they build like amazons

I think clearly they had particular themes outlined when designing new customisation for every race - they pretty much nailed the night elves with the druidic/moon priest themed appearance. With blood elves they seemed to want to focus more on the highborne side of things, which is a bit of a shame. Blood elves are survivors of a terrible near genocide and they went to hell and back to try and save their people and homeland - their customisation should be more a reflection of that narrative, in my opinion. Runic scars and tattoos (bloodmages), warpaint (rangers), seem obvious options. Scars, tattered ears, etc. It all tells more of a story than pretty highborne jewellery that only the ladies received anyway, that can barely be seen.
I’d love for my warlock to look like a near 3000 year old hero of Quel’thalas and survivor of a bloody war. That being said, I can understand the want for the jewellery and make up and so on, it looks really cool. And the much desired red eyes would of course be welcome.
VE should certainly get more hair colours at this point. More void stuff would be awesome and I personally think that should be the main focus of their customisation, but blonde hair really doesn’t hurt anyone and would make a lot of people happy. I find it odd they don’t have the ear options as well - in fact I think it would make more sense for them to have the smaller ears, not BE.
I’m probably just overthinking it all but these are the directions I would have gone for if I was designing stuff.
Also, can we get our eye glows back plz.

Nightborne need to be remade to look more like the NPC’s.
Current allied race one is just … gah. ( compared to NPC’s )

i’d say the elf customisation in general is huge. because you got 50 shades of elf races to pick from
meanwhile for example humans cant even have a proper beard
but i would agree about nightbourne atleast having to look more like the npcs, i never understood why they made the playable ones so much different
but overall even with the handful of new options from the prepatch alot of races still dont have that much options. If anything elves still have more than others due to their popularity

Which is exactly why I’m leaving. I’m not going to play something I’m not satisfied with.
Let’s dispel of the illusion that there are more than two elf races in this game that should get any attention at this specific moment in time.

We have four different flavours of Elf in the game. As an avowed Elfophille I don’t see how we are lacking in options overall.
Not every elf type has everything but I think that’s good. There should be some differences between them, or what is the point really.
I don’t get this mentality of “if one elf gets too much customization, then the rest don’t deserve anything”
But anyway I’m leaving wow so it’s not something I care about
I ask myself why Blizzard haven’t gave male Blood Elves the jewelry options, it doesn’t make sense.
People are going berserk over Flynn and Shaw, can you imagine the outrage over body jewellery for men?
Can we get it faster?!

Blessing in disguise really. With any luck Belf men might get something that doesn’t look abhorrent with plus/minus 90 % of all chest pieces in the game.

I love the options, I was finally able to turn my NE away from a happy tree lover into a dark elf, like the dark elves from fantasy I enjoy reading about!

Haha, well I’m sure most BE players don’t care one way or the other, but as with anything that might be perceived as an ‘issue’ in some way on the forums, there’s a group of passionately vocal players ready to fight their case on all sides. I was unfortunately one of those set against VE getting BE options, then I remembered that it’s a game and it really wasn’t worth getting mad about on top of everything else going on. 
It’s always better to be objective about these things, rather than becoming personally insulted over what other fans receive or the way the story turns.
The more options there are for people, the more stories that can be told through the way a player character looks, the better. Happier players, happier game.

Why do blood elves have the option to reduce their ear size but void elves don’t? They’re the same race barring skin tone.
This is most baffling thing to me about the new customization…
