  • Healing Tide Totem health increased by 75%.
  • Mana regeneration reduced by 60% in PvP combat (was 65%).
• Enhancement
  • The healing bonus from Improved Maelstrom Weapon is now 50% effective in PvP combat (was 25%).

There are so many good options and you decide to buff the healing bonus of improved maelstrom weapon??? We need mobility, cc immunity and better defs. increasing the weak healing wont do anything.
