I see. Well, once upon a time, before EMFH was nerfed, Alliance was the massively more popular faction for PvPers after all.
Players love to follow the meta, even if they donât understand why it is the way it is; Thereâs always gonna be a dominant faction. I do worry that with there being no real down-side to changing faction, the sway of balance is going to be even more significant than before. Though this issue is removed whenever players are able to utilize cross-faction in all content.
Then again, it could have basically no effect, who knows.
Indeed.
I doubt it. For example, nelf is by far the best racial for druids in PvP, thanks to meld-drink and meld-rake, as well as making pillar chases easier for the druid since they can meld-prowl as soon as dots as gone.
Guardian druids of course benefits more from tauron/highmountain tauron racials, so thereâs that for RBGs, but feral and resto will go nelf. Not sure about boomies in PvP though.
Rogues will probably go nelf for PvP as well.
Orc will remain dominant for the rest of the classes that can be orcs.
Assuming they donât change the racials for the cross-faction implementation, that is.
Oh right, and priests will probably go dorf or human for the racials.
No only rated pvp and pve stuff
You know⊠Blizzard canât allow this⊠but they can allow alliance dying for years since legion^^
Well~ Alliance dominated all the way from Cata to the Legion prepatch, if not longer (I didnât PvP in wotlk, and it wasnât on this account so you canât check it, but I havenât heard of any faction dominating in wotlk PvP at least).
Wotlk was horde dominated, except in alterac and Ioc.
