Im sure blizzard are working hard to resolve the issue. Why not take a break from your computer and get some fresh air, maybe take a shower or speak to a friend in Real Life while you wait. WoW being down isnt the end of the World.

Nothing has changed regarding terrible customer service, but a lot of horrible changes to the game like mob level scaling and normalizing warlock and hunter pets.

I’m sure I read some servers were going to be offline for an extended period of time including hellfire, however hellfire was removed from the list afaik

Blizzard needs support…
- Forum floods with angry customers [check]
- Suddenly the overcrowded servers are now low [check]
- Very few people have actually logged on last hour [check]
- Hmmm… recheck 1-3 again
- Ok, ok, call our college grad engineer to fix the problem [check]
- 1 hour… no progress
- Repeat 6 a couple of times
- Ok ok… lets call our senior staff now “just in case”…
- Senior engineer wakes up and it takes an hour for him to prepare…
- Senior engineer suddenly realizes the issue and problem will be solved shortly…
Blizzard please cut out part 4-7 please… I need that achievement… I can’t fly sob sob

Jeez, I’m considering applying for a job as a blizzard engineer, I don’t have the technical know-how but it looks like that not a problem as i won’t be doing f all anyway.

The thing is, my GF in Germany is playing on our server. I am here in Ontario, Canada and I can’t login…grrr
Need to never go offline… IF it wasn’t against TOS i would install a 3rd party program to do it…
