Probably, you can write anything and everything you want but in the end (we) their costumers are the ones who keep profiting their business and tbh who read the TOS.
You can’t piss off too many of your costumers no matter what your policy is.

Seems like they’re making some progress. I haven’t been able to get onto my BNET account settings page for the last hour, with a 500 error showing. It’s suddenly started working.
Their EU Twitter account only says they’re still working on the login issue, strange they didn’t post here though.

what a complete shambles, ACTIVISION BLIZZARD are a disgrace, NO WONDER OVER 60% OF PLAYERS SINCE CATACLYSM HAVE QUIT, constant conection issues ( ( THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN DELT WITH PROPERLY), pathetic expansions, no useful plater support ( if you can actually get a reply thats not automated). and disconects do players pay an extortionate amount in subs, do wer get any kind of compensation due to ACTIVISION BLIZZARDS incompetence? NO, because all ACTIVISION BLIZZARD care about is how much money they can con people out of, Theses conection issues are just latest in a whole load of incompetent disissions by ACTIVISION BLIZZARD that are giving players an easy disission to go play other online games created by companies that actually value there players, These connection issues are beyond a joke now, myself have been trying to get my money back for pre paying for SL and i have been told in a long winded and pointless reply NO I CANNOT GET A REFUND
