not only apologise but we should get something from these no game time. we pay for the game we pay for expansion and on top of that we pay monthly subscription; but when they update or mess something up we don’t get any game time back or anything… -.-

there was a time, when they give 1-2 day game time for these kind of errors…

It’s not your server that’s down. The servers are all running fine. It’s the login server that’s having issues. Regardless of which server you are trying to connect to, you will only get as far as “Logging in to game server”

The log in server is attempting to connect to the realm server, but keeps failing. Kinda like when your router has a hissy fit and refuses to connect to the internet, even though the internet is up and running.

All they need to do is restart the login servers, or switch to backup login servers (if they have any, which I doubt) but that’s probably just one guys job and he’s not available.

I don’t mind that they have this kind of trouble, what bothers me is that, unlike every other service company in the world they never compensate people for it. They just smile, raise their middle finger and say “Sorry, we f***ed up” - sometimes they don’t even do that lol

In all honesty, in regards to Law, I believe if this does use up a day, by Law you to have entitlement for compensation… I wonder if anyone really does claim…

Same issue here… although PTR does work.

Because all that money goes straight into some very wealthy individuals pockets, instead towards making the game better and their service better.

Very good analysis. Everything you said is most likely true. Also, a company like Blizzard, I would be truly amazed and shocked if they didn’t have back-ups lol. That would be cray-z.
