I would love to try the VPN solution but i am not sure which one to use. Could you enlighten me which one you use, or are you not allowed to name it in the forums? Thanks!

VPN is not a solution. Not for me at least. I always use VPN (Proton VPN). I tried using different servers in different countries and disabling my VPN but the connection issues persist. In the afternoon I could play normally for 1-2 hours but now the world latency is crazy high again and even logging in took forever.

Same here Aegwynn EU , login like 30 min and when im in im alone and in a lag, like i will fly but cant because nothing works. thats what happen when they make Millions + because they sold a mount for 90 bucks. nice work

Same. Both retail and cata classic. It started out with lag in the game (latency over 10-15k ms), and now I canāt even login to the character list neither on retail nor classic.

I tried some trace routing through some IPs which are apparently used in some cases to check connection issues.

Sorry to hear that. I just gave it another try and yes for me VPN is really helping. Without it, i get stuck on loading screen and when i finally got in, ping is 3k+.
Donāt know if it matters, in VPN i am choosing UK server.

It might matter. The IP where my connection is dying in in the UK.
The game is completely unplayable and it wonāt even pass the loading screen.

Another voice, EU/Norgannon.
If I can login, itās playable for like a minute then the lag starts again.
But hey, I am sure they will make it right to us by gifting the US realms another mount or something as an apology.

i have no chance of doing anything, login takes forever and when iām in the game the npcs wonāt load and i canāt take or finish quests.
after 10 Minutes or so i get the disconnect, friend of mine has the exact same problems. both from austria.
disabled all addons, nothing changed

The same issues on Draenor EU started this afternoon. I donāt see any posts by Blizzard mentioning server issues. It would be helpful if they at least made a post announcing the server difficulties and confirming that they are working to resolve them."

I tweeted them last week and they werenāt aware of anything.
I would suggest that people try to communicate this to them in as many ways as possible because they donāt seem to even know that there is a problem.

Iām also having very high world ping (8000+) on the realm Silvermoon, the game takes forever to login and is then unplayable. Iām from Slovenia (close to Austria). Blizzard, can you look into this please?
