Even the tauren heritage armor is time gated

The only thing that botters me is the unfairness. Gnomes, dwarves and blood elves do not require any wait for their heritage while the Tauren have to do the entire war campaign.

But whatever, I am ready. Give me that big bad Totem. Even the clipping won’t bother me.

You don’t have to do the war campaign on a tauren. You can do it on any character on your account.

Are people in love with working? I am personally in for the ride. The way there. Not the reward. Rewards are stupid… Its a mental thing to keep sheeps in line…

As I said, I don’t care about the heritage armor. If it required some extra stuff to do I wouldn’t bother doing it. But if I get with just doing what I would normally do then it’s a bonus for me.

I’m confused, I thought the war campaign was those zone things you do at 112, and at 2 other levels then another one thing as 120? The things were you go into the other factions zone and do stuff.

They seem to take an hour or less each.

i just made a topic talking about time gating , and yes what a RETARDED idea it was to time gate everything , but then again we are talking about blizz so no wounder

I asked gm some 2 hrs ago about it. He answers me that all i need is to finish stay of execution with baine and be exalted on char where i want to start armor quest. I asked him also if he can give me 3 days Time because my sub ended. Now when I See that its gated and execution quest is not available, its good news for me that i asked for game Time before resub… Ill wait till it Will be UP on live. Another Time when we had info it Will be out with 8.2 etc, and it isnt. Poor blizz.

You mean the modern wow that is way less of a grind than old wow?

Grind is fine, at least you’re playing the game. Time gating on the other hand is not fine. I want to play the game, not sit around waiting for an artificial lock to turn around and trickle some more content down on me.

Yeah you can. You get rep from killing the rares. Hard to get rep only from them but it is indeed grindable.

Timegating is a cheap and sleezy way to prolong content and milk subs.

To be fair it’s probably not crazy to expect everyone to be at Revered after a month of casual play.

Still a grind, but not an unexpected one.
