Everything regarding Playable Sethrak

Who let the classic player out?

I thought the whole point of giving them their own forums was so they can’t come here and complain about retail?

Wasn’t that the point of Classic in general?

(I kid of course, but it does get annoying)

It is likely we will the Sethraks made available for the Alliance. The overall vibe I get from the US forums (and the most high voted helf-topic) reflects is that the Alliance needs something “cool” for once. And many Horde-player agree upon this as well lately.

Usually I don’t link some random topics across the forum but I think this one can be considered bit more seriously.

No.

Give me my playable hozen race.

Of course you can. DH isn’t even my main but you can do whatever you like, Karen.

“All too easy”

Flips switch to reel in.
All you had to do was ignore, but you just…

Couldn’t…

Did you win something?

the terms Core and Allied Race needs to be dropped, with how the Shadowlands character creation looks they have all races placed onto a single screen no clicking a button to flick between the Core and Allied Races.

every current playable race should just be known as a race no sticking Core or Allied in front of it, the Allied part was just a gimmick for BFA’s story of obtaining new allies, that isn’t the case anymore so should just be dropped.

Someone explain it to him I’m off to complain about… something.

Nono I understand, you’re better than everyone here. It’s okay

I would love them

The Allied Races will still need to be unlocked through their quest chains. The only difference will be the removal of a rep requirement, so the distinction is still valid and necessary

I think the sethrak would be an unique race and good addition to the Horde.
As you’ve said the Horde, Zandalari and Vulpera helped the sethrak a lot. Sethrak even appear in Dazar’alor after you’ve finished Vol’dun, they attend Talanji’s coronation and are part of the zandalari children’s week quest.
So they clearly are friends/allies with them right now.

They would most likely be more popular then mechagnomes as well.

I would use a toy if there was one, but there is no toy to turn into a sethrak, outside of the alchemy tool of the trade which have a chance to turn you into something random. So you can go literally weeks without turning into a sethrak.

I think it’s currently more likely that the Devoted sethrak would join the Horde. I don’t see them joining the Alliance just because some people want it on the forums, I haven’t seen them give a good reason why they would join the Alliance over the Horde.

Because the Alliance lacks quality races people want to play. And if you care for the faction balance and future wars, then the blue teams needs any help they can get.

It doesn’t need a good reason to see that the content distribution between the two factions is bad. Why do you think the Alliance gets playable belves now? Because there are legitimate issues within the faction which got neglected and abandoned by the high end guilds - and the rest follows them. Currently Blizzard tries everything to make them more attractive. They need races which aren’t another human race in a different size and the Sethrak fulfill these role.

I personally think we’re currently past the common reasoning. The Alliance needs help, otherwise we don’t need factions and war games.

I’d rather give them something unique and cool that’s not leaning heavily to the Horde at the moment. The Tuskarr have no leaning at the moment and liked by a lot of people on both factions, add some story for them going Alliance.

Or maybe even better the Arakkoa, they actually have a reason to hate the Horde due to what the Horde did to them both in AU and MU. Also have a history of working with the Alliance as there was some that worked with the sons of Lothar.

“Karen” started off as a Reddit string attached to entitled parents or begging choosers, it doesn’t really matter, if you go to Youtube, creators like to read out Reddit strings on their videos. It refers to middle aged women who are always demanding to see the manager, but… as is with the case with ALL things Reddit…

If you Read It on Reddit, treat it as Bull***"

But as usual with the internet, it gets meme’d and people like to use it as a rather pathetic stick to try and beat someone online who disagreed with them.

As you can see.

Not once did I say such a thing, nor would I ever, outside of in-game roleplay or out of game chat. If you, as you say, have read some of my posts, then you would know that if i ever do give the impression I am “better” than someone, it is firmly with tongue in cheek and if you continue to labour under the impression I suffer from sort of superiority complex well that’s on you. people who know my forum style know better.

Just because someone chooses to write with erudition doesn’t necessarily make them “superior”. i just happen to believe my point will be better put across in proper English.

Ad vos dies.
