That shouldn’t come as any surprise because no other content is class-specific but class quests from vanilla/cataclysm. It’s all generic [class] when interacting with NPCs and such. The only retrofit is Nefarian’s calls, and that’s it.

The difference between Dracthyr and the rest of Azeroth is that they are freaking dragons with flying around, swiping tails and fire breath.
By learning how to be “rogue” or “druid” for instance, they cannot suddenly “forget” how to do all those things. That wouldn’t make sense.

PS Come to think of it I always found Worgen feral druids, sacrificing form of a powerful big werewolf to turn into a tiny scritchy-scratchy pussy cat to do damage as being dumb af
