I figured out why it was not showing for me, because I was on a lvl 80-90 alt, buff only shows when you are high enough for legion onwards I guess. Otherwise buff is not visible. Soon as I logged onto my 120’s it was visible.
Is working, just got 2433 rep for Highmountain Emissary Ready to hand in already completed. Boom can now make Highmountain Taurens

My lvl 120 all received the buff, however, my warlock reroll that is currently doing Legion content (lvl 104) has not. Does it only work for max lvl characters?

Have legion wq respawns been nerfed? I only had 6 today in the morning and still no respawn in Suramar… I’m already exalted, just need wq-s for Insurrection main questline 
Can you please extend this buff too, until Shadowlands pre-patch?
Without it, farming paragon mounts is a real pain in the a**.
Nazjatar rep is really slow. At some point, followers won’t even give rep. There are some items to farm, but their rarity does not warrant the time investment to be more than a bonus rep gain.
I was farming Valajar Storm Drake well into BfA, giving it up until this buff. Finally I got it after 72 chests.
There should also be a bad luck protection, if you did not get all the collectibles after opening at least 19 chests of a rep faction (account-wide), the next one should drop all of the remaining ones.
I think this would be fair, after that large amount of time investment.

I believe they’ll just extend both buffs as a show of good will towards the players as they did last time. The game has an infinite amount of content that many players have not experienced yet and the XP buff is an additional motivator for them to do so.
If the company receives their subscription money upfront, does it really matter at all if the user ends up playing the game for 5 or 10 hours? In the end they might end up playing more, but will save time on the boring aspects of the game and won’t get burned out by the mundane activities.
The reputation bonus was a fantastic show of good will and a cherry on top, but I think people would miss the XP buff much more considering how quick the levelling process currently is on Alpha. Removing it might discourage many players from starting new characters until the expansion pre-patch and will no doubt result in lower number of active users.

Please extend the reputation buff the same as the XP buff to the Shadowlands pre-patch, It would be hugely appreciated

This. So very frustrating. The only rep I still need, but it’s a chore to do , no one ever goes there.
Please prolong this buff as well until the end of BfA.

Still a joke though.
I know, in legion we got way more. With also diversity based on rarity (blue and purple).
Please extend it, even if for just another month or even a week. This actually made the game enjoyable for me and had me buy another month of gametime.
