if it involves getting to places you can’t get to, then yes in my opinion it’s an exploit, however I’m not Blizzard, so it’s not for me to decide if this is acceptable or not.

From level 1 to 10 I would say absolutely: no problems.
Now the last 10 levels ?
Absolutely not.
I wouldn’t do it. If Blizzard decides to ban this there can be consequences and I value my account way too much to risk it, just to save me a few hours of gameplay.
I’m not here to condemn anyone here.
Fell free to do anything you want,but don’t be surprised if there’s consequences as Blizzard is not known for making things easy and fast. On the contrary they are known for nerfing stuff all the time

Using the buffs to level people as low as level 20 
It seems they use the passenger feature of the drake.
imagon when they adding level 70 boosts u will see peoples with some ilvl 320-350 greens … 
I couldn’t care less if i tried if there is some quick levelling ways … Why would you care that some people do some degenerate things to level fast?
No way Blizz won’t fix this - it makes their expensive level boost obsolete
and peoples wonder why so meny peoples are bad they simple got carried and boosted haveing no clue how to play their class

It’s sort of this, even that South Park episode showed us (well… for retail anyways, as it’s much more fun in classic).
