Extreme World Latency in the evenings

Basically this, yeah.
I already described that I only have it during peak hours (and all day on reset day almost).

You got exactly the same issues as me then.

To reiterate:

1. I experience levels of World Latency that make the game UNPLAYABLE from ~6pm until 10:30pm server time.
2. My Home Latency is fine.
3. My Router shows that my connection IS NOT STRAINED AT ALL:
   I got Fiber with 455 mbit/s down and 144 mbit/s up according to googles speed test.
   With WoW active and every other device disconnected, my router reports usage in the kbit/s.
4. WoW is the only service I use that experiences any kind of issue.
5. I did everything from here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/99037. Multiple times. Even the advanced stuff. Nothing helped
6. It is not an issue of ports being closed or something like that. I can set my PC as an “exposed host” (similar to DMZ I guess), meaning that all ports are open all the time. Changed absolutely nothing.

Your game is completely unplayable for me during the prime time hours. It makes playing seriously or even with a guild completely impossible.
This thread has been up for 2 weeks, I’ve sent in multiple full reports from your own connection analytics tool and other things, and I’ve been trying to create a ticket for two weeks now (still doesn’t work btw, nice job).
I am well aware that whichever poor soul reads this or maybe even graces me with a response one day isn’t responsible for the long delay. Probably. But whoever decided to severely understaff the tech support should be ashamed of themselves, step on LEGO at the most inopportune moments and always get wet sleeves when washing their hands.

I’ve got a similar issue where it’s also only Wow that has it, but in my case it’s my home ms that goes through the roof for no reason at all. Internet speed and everything is fine, nothing is downloading and it’s only Wow struggling, both classic and d3 are fine.

Even odder is that 1 or 2 restarts later my home ms is complete fine again (8 ms) and stays that until I turn my pc off. Next time I turn it on I need a few game launches again before I can play.

My condolences for the issues, but maybe post a different thread because this is a different problem then.

Like, I’m already losing all hope of ever getting a reply or getting this fixed I guess. But it would be the highly ironic that IF I ever get a reply it is in response to a different issue

Yeah I get it I only posted my own case as it seems very similar, other than it being home ms rather than world so i’m keeping an eye out on the thread due to that, I really do hope you get your issue fixed though as I at least can play the game after 1-2 restarts whereas it seems unplayable for you.
