if you are unable to deal with this on your own you can contact your health provider to help you. internet and gaming abuse disorder is a serious issue

Just read the Blizzard Code of Conduct and you will see what they see as serious. My guess is they will give a penalty and restrict your activities and probably never actually ban you.
Anyhoo… I gave up over a decade ago of ever trying to leave the game. I just learnt to tame the beast and play other stuff and I never like ever treat the game seriously. Eventually you will reduce your playtime to just three or four hours a day, and control smashing the keyboard into the monitor. My weekly help group have been great, and the local authority appointed me a shrink and so far I’ve only been in rehab about twenty times. I even can admit during group therapy that I play World of Warcraft. So you see there are ways. After all its just a game… ONLY A GAME !! ITS JUST A GAME… calm down. Ok where are my pills… I just need to get to Azeroth, then I’ll be OK.

Not even racism is a guaranteed ban. Plenty of people on the SoM PTR were having racist guild names, character names, and spammed chats with that shiet. That case went unpunished as far as I know.
Go into the warlock forums and tell them that you enjoy the class

Play a hunter and get a gorilla pet, and leave its default name. The woke crowd will report you because those people immediately assume that “Gorilla” is a slur against black people rather than the species of the animal you have.

i could recommend real ways for you to get banned … but i would think even mentioning them would probably get me banned as well in the process.
been banned before for one of them in diablo 3.

i didnt even get no suspensions or anything , it was just straight ban i think it lasted 3 years but then i didnt exactly go back regularly to check lol.
You can request Blizzard to permanently delete your account.
Be aware that it is indeed permanent : the restoration options will be removed as well.
You can start openly botting 24/7 - sell most of your characters for cash - keep botting, one day you may get reported. Or spam trade, boosting for Cash. Nope that wont get you banned. Try botting. The boss of Blizzard probably does too.
