And how does this link to same faction battlegrounds at all? they would have disbanded regardless. Your talking about an “top” guild, so ofcourse they would change faction if it gave them an 1% advantage. But that still has f’all to do with same faction BGs.
Your talking about the 1-5% wow population following statistics / meta. not the wider population that just wants to play a game and doesn’t care about racials
Simply because the server is unbalanced and they suffered alot of ganking and the hvh change was the final nail in the coffin many re-rolled horde because they have everything now and some transferred to one of the few alliance dominated servers which in turn will kill that server.
It’s not rocket science getting continually ganked and outnumbered due to population imbalance with alot of the existing PvP playerbase rolling alliance just for the queue times once hvh gets announced they will go back to horde sending the server into a downward spiral and with server discords news spreads quickly causing others to join
You are stuck with long queues.
Why would you do this to alliance … they don’t have good racials
who cares about human rogues getting opener everytime or dwarf priests having 10% armor /can remove all poisons&bleed / instant full hp
either give hordes 4 hours queue or remove undead racial from the game or I’m gonna play FFXIV your choice blizzard …
But this is how life goes.
Why do alliance have to deal with all the negatives of the alliance, but horde can just get whatever fix they want.
Game over accounts closed and will stay closed. They don’t want a healthy game just happy horde. I’m disgusted by Blizzard.
Just gonna keep killing lowbie alliances in outland then for honor, that is way faster than getting BG que to pop

The alliance have overall the better racial how can people not understand that?! For example
The best Rogue/Mage alliance because of perception is so op , best rmp comb alliance again if you don’t see that u are literally a 1,3k player. Best Warr druid is alliance too because of escape artist, best Priest alliance. Or will you tell me that the undead racial is op? 
I enjoyed the instant pvp (Should it last? it might save alliance from getting camped and hunted for honor from hungry players, but it might aswell kill open world and have it become a one faction game as people say aswell) id like to reroll (hopefully free) to get it cause i wanna have fun actually playing and not sitting in line for either a premade or teamates afking (witch i hope there would be a better system to get rid of that mentality when they playing a game. Like vote kicking cause it still would be a miracle to get 5-10 people to do that. Can also add an increasing penalty system if it happens over and over again they get locked out or banned from pvp so the rest off us actually that wanna play gets to play) and haveing bad games to then sit in another que for those few golden fun games. And yes i do have friends “SUPRISE” and it is hard to convince x amount to do a paid transfer let alone probebly still hard when it is free.
Have fun doing that.

I did the exact same thing!
I do however have an alliance character at 60, but man after leveling from 1-70 , getting friends on horde again and feeling forced to reroll faction just to get into BG quicker felt really bad and i almost quit because of this.
Felt like a second wind when the same faction BG came, and i managed to get more honor in 3 days than i had gotten in 3 weeks and i had so much fun.
Really hope Blizzard let this change be a permanent thing, i really do not want to play alliance at all and when you get more honor per hour killing people in the world compared to Battlegrounds when the ques are 1.5 hour something is wrong for sure.
Played this game for 15 years, this is def the best change i have seen blizzard make ever for the pvp community and i hope it stays.

well some racial need to rework anyway but same faction bg is the last straw for me and i cancel my sub for good. ah yes tried final fantasy and it is boring as heck .
Dont bring same faction bgs back. They are horrible and will only cause more harm. If horde wants to pvp they can do arena / openpvp.
There should always be pros and cons to playing a faction. Same faction removes the last pro alliance has, dont do that. Horde can level alliance or quit the game to help balance the factions and queues.
Alliance has to spend way more time to farm mats / dungeons on pvp realms and you dont do anything against that either so its only fair that horde gets to have some disadvantages (literally waiting a few more minutes lul).
If you dont have time to queue for horde pvp then quit the game or reroll alliance. Its a YOU problem not a game problem. Everyone knew this would be the case before classic even started. EVERYONE.
