OK SO, apparently the bug is fake news and people are now saying the 50% nerf to LvB and overloads isnt applied in pvp.
So i dont know what to believe anymore.
FIX THE DAMN PATCH Blizzard.
yeah it isnt, or wasnt idk how it is after the server restart, but the pvp mods where bugged same for bm hunter, with the patch they got accidentely the dmg buff on kill command which was only intended for pve and not pvp
yeah, at this point we reached privat server level, where hidden changes without a bluepost happen, and some pvp mods getting broken after a server restart

I donāt believe there was any malicious intemt behind these bugs.
I can even understand things get broke. I am not a developer/programmer so I donāt know what causes stuff to break, but those PvP moda on Ascendance were active the last I played PTR, 3 days ago. The fact that they even put the pvp mods immedeately after reworking Ascendance shows they at least have SOME thought about pvp.
So, what causes it to ship brokenā¦I honestly don"t know.
Look, I will admit I like my favourite spec having proper, lethal burst if 3 cds are popped and not responded to. This needs nerfing, but as per usual, I am afraid Blizzard will kneecap it and now we donāt have such a strong sustain anymore.
Rumor is they are shipping big class tuning in the upcoming days.
They better do it tomorrow to remedy atleast some damage this reset has caused.
Yo, the whole patch is a nerf to shaman.
Thatās just a bug where instead of throwing 6 lavas at different target is goes into 1.
Also he is playing 300rating with max gearā¦ Nobody uses cds or cc
