It does. That’s the lego every Feral played early in the expansion (season 1). Combine it with Kyrian one and every minute you have Convoke like damage. You can also buff yourself so you get 15% more damage every minute and huge mastery buff so it can be even higher. Basically you can 3x Ferocious Bite in 1 Maim.
I know this legendary, but it doesn’t do anything extraordinary if you don’t use Berserk. You will still need 2 globals between your bites
If it indeed works then necro will still be viable. Just not thanks to necro leggy 
I mean I watched yesterday Ven playing NA and their Havoc/Boomy/R Shaman was farmed by Kyrian Kittycleave playing link lego with Necro warrior. In 9.2 Necro link will be weaker damage wise but still will give significant boost to damage for both and with this lego you can actually bite few times on cds.
I was thinking about the 8/16% Versa if you link with a necro. Is it still worth it at those high versatility levels? Doesn’t the diminishing returns kick in hard at 30-39%? 
100% it is. I play Ele/Boomy/MW which is also a very good comp and it buffs damage by a lot. We both are able to deal 3,5 - 4 k constant DPS and during Link I literally dish damage like I played Skyfury. So definetely it’s worth.
Alright! Thinking about going Kyrian feral with Necro Ret. Should be some nice burst-goes with necro reta double leggy

Might be interesting to try Kyrian though, could be more fun to play than Night Fae if I have to play le epic “”""“bite build”""". I don’t really like convoke. But if Kyrian needs Fearful Symmetry it would suck a little that you can’t use Natural Order’s Will. Since our survival gets a hit I really want to use that one
I will mainly focus on 2s so Convoke with Fearful or Frenzyband if it makes berserk go down low enough with the 4piece (I doubt it tho).
I’m still hoping to see necros leggy get some love in the next ptr-patch. Would love staying necro as I prefer the playstyle of bleedferal more than trying to explode people every minute 
Just FYI, Convoke does trigger attacks like Shred and Rake which benefit from Frenzyband / Berserk. However, this bleed currently only works on Target Dummy and not in PvP combat on the PTR.
I don’t know if that is intentional or not, but I have reported it as a bug (you other druids may wanna do this as well so it gets fixed). I also crafted the Frenzyband on Live and tried it with Convoke / Berserk in a duel and here it seems to be applied properly.

ferals will be broken with bleed. in ptr ppl doing 140k bleed open.
I doubt feral will be even in top 5 most busted specs in 9.2 with double leggies and tier-set. Time will tell
