You are absolutely right. We all deserve to have the wise chad-look of Gandalf. Beards are the product of maturity, patience, and serenity. Are WoW characters too impatient to grow a beard? If that is so, that would mean that lore-wise the only patient sorcerers in mankind are Necromancers and late Antonidas. I don’t buy it.
As for female Dwarves, go for it if you think it makes sense. The only source is a non-canon, non-released Warcraft telltale game (The Lord of the Clans), but why not? After the Dracthyr, nothing we ask for is impossible!

I remember really wanting a hibiscus flower for trolls and giving up within a month. (Also Forrest trolls)
