yeah you might be correct there, apart from the fact we dont rely on procs so its all hard casting and

They’ve been spamming them since S1, using clips as receipts and it’s only getting worse.
every class and spec under the class is able to use bot ai which are mostly montly sub based cheats
lets please stop making this about only elemental shamans when it is not correct, the issue is very large and wider than you think
as example an arms warrior can play with bot ai by entering arena and holding down w, the script will proceed to bolt/leap fear/shockwave the second it detects any cd its conditioned to disrupt without him target the person or know where the person is, this all being done with the player having no clue of his surroundings
there is alot people playing the game like this, and the bot sites advertising for their scripts have only expanded now with the addition of shuffles
you can have script to use shockwave the second an sv presses harpoon example trying to trap healer, so the harpoon never fires which normally no human has reaction to stop like this but a bot can do it round after round with no fail, this were one old gladiator from year 2014 that i encountered who were now playing shuffle with bot program cause he still wants to show his dominance i imagine. its no different to have bot drop grounding the split second it detects trap being drop or tremor being drop and bot hit the totem
you can have bot to death coil tranquility as warlock so it stops the druid immunity the split second he pressed tranq and making him waste his cd, you see how this is not simply only elemental related problem
I actually feel sorry for the legit Ele players that are left. Blizzard’s incompetence has seriously damaged perceptions of an entire specialisation.

you said ( they will get what they deserve eventually ) as if its punishment , which is not true since they will keep spamming bots anyways and they not losing money as they get around warden system

ah yes that is correct, also correct is that bots are being banned in banwaves eventually
now if this is enough as action from blizzard is another matter i would be happy to disguss as i think it is not
also i know cases of accounts permanently banned but characters from the accounts still been moved to another accounts to use the ill gained achievements of the account, achieving this with methods i wont discuss here
there is alot related rmt actions and cheating in wow that i dont agree with and hence cant take peoples ratings very seriously for other than what i see them play personally, also seasons being the roller coaster on consistensy related ratings how it is
ah S**T i totally forgot about that , so its even less risky now for botters to simply just boost character on bot account and sell the character so even if account got banned it won’t matter anyways since the character carry the achievement
as for people rating yeah i said same thing that i don’t take leaderboard seriously with how tons of cheaters and botters are in it , thats why i cringe so bad when dead spec people try defend it in name of ( Looking at leaderboard bro )

well it depends how much money your willing to put on a video game achievement in the end if we talk about related banned accounts, for me its alot of money and for others is not too much
if asked from me i would put exactly 0 euro into video game achievement other than the montly sub and anything that is according the rules to play the game, ive never cut corners or cheated in anything related games cause i see no point in it when the point is literally feel from self improvement and achievement

Yeah and the degenerated peoples love it to Play a Game, who have just an Auto Combat Button, and everything is about “who spend the most Money”

there is something still tho that i know related banned accounts which annoy me but people being people no matter if theyre in what position doesnt amaze me really even tho my country being uncorrupt on the cover i still understand there is plays being maid on political level or in business or just simple single corrupt person on some task taking bribe to get something done is surely happening in my country no matter the reputation of it
people should really care what they link in discords and such when making an flex of something as the scenes of wow pvp are very small, also it is not the flex they really think it is
I played LA from when it was released (never srs though) and man, the first few weeks were interesting for sure.

But its the first time ive personally been seeing how much botting actually affects certain things in games. They literally destroyed LA for the first few weeks with just the login que.
And the amount of money ppl are willing to spend on upgrades? geez.

yeah this was crazy i remember 
i dont really mind if its auction for real currency inside the game for items like in diablo were or if its permitted in rules, i only see offense when real money is used to clearly buy something which is not permitted
and obviously related botting i take offense as the players are not even playing the game themselves… some god awful challenger guy is pressing w and his character is going all over the place making moves he has no clue his doing… 
completely ruins the game for all and makes it boring
like any competition would be ruined if the other person would have knuckle iron inside his glove in a boxing match? now obviously everyone would take an offense if its discovered or any other form of cheating that people do in competitions

Yeah, i know a Heal Evoker, who used a Bot for one Season he was 2477 without the bot he is with a minus win ratio 1.177 in shuffle
so yeah, the difference can be really big

MD5 hash values update weekly problem will get better, blizzard does nothing as they always seem to do then the problem is just going to get worse each and every season.
