Common sense wants to have a talk with you 
It’s a MMO. If you try to solo a high lvl dungeon you will have less or no success than if you go with a group. Same here. If someone is having social issues it’s not a game’s fault. If someone is afraid to join a 5 man quest group (minding that in wpvp groups there is no abuse, no bad words, nothing negative like in dungeon pugs, ppl just do the quest and disband) then it rather needs professional help.
