I appreciate ideas and posts, so I can really like the poster, but still religiously argue with that person and vice versa.
But I do like current semi relaxed moderation, forum is alive, but not sterile or boring.

I’m mostly using the Classic forum, and even there i haven’t been active for a long time yet so i can’t say for sure.

What i will say is, whenever i read the forums i appreciate all those posters who put in thought and care into their posts. I also appreciate it if they can be witty and humorous at the end of the day about issues within the game, and not take them too seriously, aka lash out at others for seeing things differently :slightly_smiling_face:

Those type of posters always stand out to me, and deserve all the respect they earn!

For me, it would be these three individuals:

  • Punyelf: The overwhelming outpouring of support for you in this thread is well deserved. I appreciate your level-headed takes, and your posts are always so well-thought.
  • Bukachu: Your posts always make me smile, and you lighten up these forums with your humor!
  • Jito: I sometimes don’t agree with you, but have never once presented a view in bad faith and you definitely challenged my own views on a few occasions. You are also very respectful to others.

I appreciate and respect anyone who I can have a nice back and forth with, even totally disagreeing with them, but walking away feeling good about the whole thing.

I won’t name names though. I don’t know; it feels too much like picking a favorite child. :pleading_face:

None, I barely agree with someone more than one or two times so most of the people i meet in the forums I do remember, but in a neutral way or negative way if you count pvp forums too.

People i see in general discussion are taking opinions and subjectives very literal towards this > Game < and are not capable of seeing actual improvement aslong they’re having fun with an dumbstered down version of this game(bfa). Some call it also white knighting.

For me it feels like GD forums are the most respectable place to be in but also the most clueless place when it comes to making the game better.
Since everyone has another opinion of this game and mostly you have to fight yourself through the white knights before you can see agreement with your issue towards WoW or BFA.

It’s hard getting favourites.

Love this positive thread. It is impossible to list just 3 because so many nice people here. But to mention few… Halicos is always so fun to talk with! Leroch is always so friendly and smart . Vintoleth i suspect is me sleepwalking/sleepforumwriting on account i don’t know i own because every time i read his posts i think it could have been written by me. Tuomas who doesn’t write often but is my best friend in the world. And my lovely friend who writes with different accounts (you know who you are!), this moment i think as Shadowbrook. And ofc Moothilda just because simply if someone doesn’t like Moothilda they should get their head checked. And Grainne and Aylish who in my head are “the nice elfs”. Tahra for standing up what she believes in (and i often agree) even when many disagree. Uldurin for always making me smile.

I feel i forgot many really nice people who should be mentioned but i blame the heatwave and too much summer house lazying melting my brains. I apologize!

I also love all gnome posters - even they rage they write cute stuff. I often try to punt them so they can rage :kissing_closed_eyes:

Ellipsis, super helpful person in the SP forums, also an excellent player.
Tossup for the 3rd spot, Moothilda for posting like a Tauren, patient and helpful, Tahra, whom I rarely agree with but (s)he is slowly teaching me the world is made up of many different kinds of people and I appreciate people that stand their corner.
