I wanna transfer my Mage, Mindus [lvl 74], from Gehennas to Ashbringer.
But the same problem happend to me, as described in this post.

Same problem here. I want to transfer but can’t due to “Mailbox issue” I got no pending mails in my mailbox nor I have anything on AH or etc.
I want to transfer my Druid - Pieska from Gahennas to Ashbringer.
Anything that can be done ?

I am trying to login to Venoxis with a 7-hour que to clear my mailbox to migrate my character to Lakeshire. Can you please purge my mail?

if you can login at a point with no queues:

YES I CAN

  • Check that you do not have ignored player mail. Clear your ignored player list. If you reported someone’s mail as spam it will hide their mail but not delete it. [Check back ]
    (Mailbox purge - #6 by Veadsarias) in 24h.

I have not ignored any players and reported spam before

  • It could be quest mail that arrives later (24h-72h) then clear it yourself.

quest log is empty since 24 hrs

You checked your mail, if you can’t resolve it you have to contact Support, so choose Choice 1 or 2. (Hint Choice 1)

This is insane. I transfered from Firemaw on Wotlk classic to Ashbringer. Problem is I am alliance on horde dominated server. Now I wanted to pay for transfer to earthshaker EU… BUT… i cant because my paladin named “Oww” has the error poping up that I have items in my mail. I waited 1 day to see if that was just lag or it takes some time to server to acknowledge that toon has no mail but I was wrong… I want blizzard to transfer me because I am paying monthly and both 6 months pack and I am happy to relieve my Wotlk memories but this is not it… I guess only way to keep my good memories is to unsub from current blizzard.

Trying to transfer to Mograine EU and get the mailbox error. Emptied my quest log, emptied my ignore list, waited 48 hours, no active auctions. Its actually ridiculous that this is a technical barrier in this day and age to transfer a toon. Fix the problem Blizzard.

I know, but I dont have time to lvl a char to lvl 10… I hope a GM is going to read this post here to. EU needs a forum post like this to or allow people who are not lvl 10 to post…

They did and marked my post as solution. This is the only path.

This is a forum requirement to prevent spamming and is equal across both regions. You can suggest it to be different through the ingame suggestion button though.
