Free char transfer error cuz of unexisted mails in mail box

Your options are to create a ticket to get it cleared or level a toon to 10 for free and head to the US thread:

Unable to use free transfer on wrath classic due to mailbox issue

You will need to open a ticket and wait. Or try and login a a less busier time. There is a US thread where they are deleting mail for people, but you need a US level 10 character to post. I’m Dottie there too.

It could be quest mail that arrives later as well or ignored player mail.
