I’d use old flying as auto-flight if I want to afk fly somewhere and dragonriding for everything else. Add the ability to hover to it though.

Not our problem if it’s too hard for people who don’t know how to press two buttons to fly.

Easiest option would just be allow dragonriding everywhere, but it only applies to dragonriding mounts. I’d like to see some more variations eventually however. Rylak would be a perfect candidate for dragonriding as the barrel rolls and soaring animations are already there.

Every flying mount should be able to dragonride period! they can call it pilot or smth for mechanical flying mounts.

Honestly, I would be willing to give up on my collection of “old” mounts if everything went in the dragonriding style from now on. I’m through with the old-school flying in a straight line model.

Choice is the best option.
Let people choose which type of flying they want to use.
Let people use the mount they want for either types of flying.

Without those choices it’s not going to work.

Old flying added as an alternative option/toggle for bad players/disabled people.

I would’ve like this thread but concluding that people who want old flying back must be either bad players or disabled people is exactly the attitude I won’t support in this game. Sorry.

or just speed up normal flying mounts to 500% speedbaseline with 20-30% boost from guild/aura/enchant

Don’t forget about the mount choice too!
I like dragonriding overal, but I don’t like having to use one of those 4 ugly mounts.
