Let’s be real, the social aspect of classic is dead within 3 months of classic vanilla. Outside of your friends/guildies (which you would interact with anyway) there are very little social interactions besides just spamming trade chat/LFG. Hell 70% of people i’ve dungeon’d with outside of friends can’t even manage to type hello when they join. At this point even a math student like me could create a program where you would interact better with a robot.
Kills the world? Players killed their own servers by always migrating to servers where the population of the opposite faction is AT BEST, 10% of the whole population. Gehennas and Firemaw are prime exemples of this. (Not adressing this criticism to you especially since I don’t know you). The rest of the world & players interactions will be covered by farming mats, which is being slowly killed by the implementation of northrend boxes (which somehow is fined to a large part of the community when it’s clearly the elephant in the room, just wait until they buff what drops inside those boxes)
This is exactly why blizzard implemented RDF tool. Players kill the world they play in, Blizzard just makes sure to put the final nail in the coffin.
Now we can discuss if this thing (RDF) make matters even worse. Which is debatable, but something I could agree on.

sometimes i wonder if you guys consider “an education” is considered gatekeeping for jobs like lawyer or doctor.

Needing an 8+ years education for being lawyer/researcher/doctor is normal. Needing a 8+ years education for cleaning your bedroom is not. With that being said people do their group the way they want, if they want full T6 then so be it, do your own group.

Theres a bit of difference between a Job that has the fate of persons health or future life in its hands and running a dungeon that could be done essentially naked and autoattacking.

Where are those huge changes for our social interactions now?
I have done over 20 UK, Nexus and AN runs with some random players, I haven’t seen any reasons why RDF could be a bad feature.
During these runs no one said anything, except one rogue who died in 2nd boss of Nexus. He was very social person, he said “res pls” and “ty”
The point is simple, players are focusing to complete a dungeon. Not to telling a story of their lives during a dungeon run.

This is completely the opposite. We had huge amount of reasonable argunents againts rdf while pro-rdf retail trolls had zero and are only trolling and trying to ruin wotlk classic. Exactly what angry haters would do so stop projecting.
Also calling classic players angry haters because they disagree with you and want wotlk CLASSIC to be CLASSIC not Retail 2.0 is toxic. Just another toxic pro-rdf player.

This happened when TBC came out. A non-geared player in your group is the same as an empty group spot, actually it’s probably worse since all you do is leech XP while not contributing gear.
That’s why everyone farmed full S4 in prepatch, to have the gear to be able to level effectively. Now that doesn’t mean you can’t join groups, but why are you trying to join a group with Sunwell geared players if you’re in greens? They want someone who can bring the same as they can, not someone to be carried.
This is nothing new, make your own group, label it as new player friendly and you will find plenty of people.

Yes with icc, you have to wait for icc and other changes are not big as rdf.
so rbg isnt a big change and dual spec isnt a big change?

Yeah the bad old days…gear score elitists requiring a higher gear score sometimes then it was possible to get with gear from that raid/dungeon even.
The rdf tool fixed all that. Now it’s back…great. one aspect of wotlk that I was glad to see buried forever.
