Theme is Spirit of Competition, but you can’t buy the literal Spirit of Competition. 
Extra dumb given the Spirit of Competition was originally added for the 2008 Olympics, which are running right now.

Luckily theres rly nothing interesting for me to buy, so i can buy the last months mount with 0 worries
Can already imagine paying separately for “Premium” access of the TP Catalogue [like what countless F2P mobile games do], get twice the amount of Tenders and a Premium exclusive Monthly reward.
I think once and that’s it!! Maybe two at most but generally I struggle not to spend all my tendies each month.
I mostly give up and think oh well it will come round again.
And nothing else? Like some weird mechanical mexican wrestler?..

Probably stockpiling my Tendies this month…but that’s ok, means I will have more for other months,
Trading Outpost can do no wrong, after supplying me with a Goblin Surfboard Flying Mount!
That is both awesome and horrendous at the same time. 
There should be a ‘Legendary Luchador’ title just for that.

Yeah-… Not something I’m going to spent my tenders on to be honest.
Don’t really like the mounts nor the pets that are being sold at the Trading Posts this year.
I mainly focus on the cloaks, hoods, shoulders etc. (Cause Roleplayer, yea I know. Yuk). Can’t wait to see what’s for next month!

Fix Valarjar Sword’s size, we bought it from Trading Post, you made the sword smaller or refund us our Tender. You sold a huge 2h sword, then changed it to a 1h looking garbage.
I’ll have 12000+ tender next month, give me back my 250, I need it.
I see your point technically - instead of hardcore elite achievements, other people can get these, even without purchasing the expansion.
That said I see it as a reward for playing the game in this period and other games do the same. You pay to unlock the new zones, dungeons, ability to increase some numbers on your screen, and keep playing with others.
In GW2 many of these are gem items, earned by playing or buying. WoW has a sub.
A few Scarlet Human and Sin’dorei things this month…which makes me happy
