I really dont understand why people are trying to make it look like that alliance have equally good racials as horde do. Horde have Troll berserk and orc dmg increase… alliance players do not have any race that have anything similiar and in raids even the smallest of numbers can make the difference. After all theres a reason why Method changed faction

Dark iron racial is good as much. Shadowmeld is very useful for pvp as it’s like free vanish for rogues, free dodge for casting spells. Void elf racials are also awesome for pvp. Overall I’d prefer alliance racials for pvp, horde racials for pve but dark iron dwarves got some awesome damage boost.
Nerfing horde racials is a better idea, but they need to be made even
That being said, I can hardly imagine racials being the main reason for jmost players to choose their next character so I doubt it will actually fix anything
Well, racial are everything for top PvP/PvE players.
If blizzard, could balance the racial of both faction then we won’t be in this state. Where the majority of the player base are horde.
It doesn’t end there as well, the story, characters, lore are all going downhill for the alliance. Atleast, we have more good looking races in the alliance but nothing can beat a Blood elf looks ( hence, its quite a popular race).
Not to mention, the devs play horde only. Hence, the one directional story. (mostly, they just don’t play… XD)
So, expect the changes not to happen for a decade xD

Nerfs to the strongest Horde racials might be well needed, but that does not make many Alliance racials any more desirable or useful. Something like Darkflight, Light of the Naaru, and Escape Artist could easily be removed and actual DPS increase or hard CC racials can be put in their place.
Alliance has too many niche, defensive, or reactive racials as it is. The allied races are a step in the right direction, but most of the core races do not have any cool racials to begin with. Even EMFH can go now and have something cooler in its place.

I’d love to get the Every man for himself or every woman for herself to be replaced with an insane attack speed like a dragon ball speed attack. And you’d attack from all sides of the boss.
Give racials racial flavor but more or less mirror them. For example worgen have a bad speed boost why not make that a leap? Like the goblin rocket jump, only it’s called rocket jump as goblin and a leap as a worgen, but mechanically they work the same.
LFD have two racials that both can do millions of damage, wtf are people going on about here?
void elf preternatural calm is the best caster racial in the game

free pvp trinket for humans,
free purge for dwarves,
etc
why moan about two horde minor dps abilities when the alliance ones are infinitely better anywhere other than M+

Still i’d prefere Lightforged humans as Turallyon.
At this point fixing the racials won’t address the faction imbalance. All the raiders are on horde so every raid guild goes horde to ensure there’s actually a talent pool for them to draw from.
Unless you heavily incentivise people back to the Alliance for raiding it just won’t happen.

X boss ability is immune to racial
They fixed EMFH after MoP to not work in raids and most dungeons, it’s effectivly useless in instanced PvE content.
Which is why it should be removed.
Most people can just macro their racial into their bursts or main abilities such as wings, avatar etc. theres no thought process and alot of situations will prove that race variety doesn’t exist in the game. To remain to the fullest extent competitive realistically you have to go the extra mile to get every edge, including a race change. Its sad as its the one thing Guild Wars 2 got right. Class abilities replaced Elite racials and racials were out-right disabled in PVP anyway.

Their Light’s Judgement is honestly the only good racial. Yea when I die my body explodes, how wonderfull, I’ll sure fill those DPS charts by going full suicide.
Not to mention their OTHER racials.
I get more exp from slaying demons. Thanks I guess? I mean, it’s not TERRIBLE but…what uses does it give at end game?
OH and my forge of Light. Can’t forget that one ofc, as a Priest i call it all the time to definitely craft gear for my class, which, I mean, crafting is definitely in a good spot right now, and not almost useless at all.
