prior to it getting cut in half and then nerfed further still. This is a bit like trying to roast someone now in late December for saying demon hunter is OP back in early November and being hysterical after they were nerfed a half dozen times already.

I focused on its PROC RATE more than its damage. Lets be a man remember:

With 5% chance, you won’t see more than 2 procs in a 10 minutes long battleground. If you aren’t convinced, consider Windrunner’s Guidance procs. It has a %12 proc chance. How many times it procs in a bg?

Did proc rate get nerfed? No? Good.
