I’m certain there could be a group doing things close to druidisim, they could easily be taught by the tauren.
Farstiders weren’t worshipping anything or being partically that more close to nature. They were rangers, a military group.
That doesn’t justify being able to became a druid.
It is old RPG lore and im frantically trying to find it again… But basically the Farstriders didn’t have insane druid abilities. But they could commune with Nature on a basic level
That is also in the Chronicles now I think.
That’s why Dark Rangers are the opposite of regular Rangers, they use Death instead of Life (Nature).
High Elf Druids? Sure, that might work and it goes straight into the Alliance. As for Blood Elves, they are as respecting of nature as the Forsaken.
And one for the Forsaken, Lightforged Undead Paladins is the way to go while bounding the peaceful Forsaken with their Alliance relatives.
Good thing High elves will never be a thing.
Nor will Alliance get Forsaken.
I have absolutely never heard anybody ask for it ever.
Seems like this is just something people say nowadays when they think of something they want.
Why not attempt to be practical about this.
If you knew they were going to introduce Blood Elf Druids, what is the least bad way to do so?
Go on. Try it, if you dare.
…They already have some druid lore from their old Farstrider RPG lore they could drawn from to make that a case… Also they are decendent of Night elves. …Farstriders would be the High elves who’d stay the closest to their natural night elven roots after the High elf exile.
Honestly literally nearly every class you can imagine would make more lore sense before a Tauren rogue would for Tauren… I wouldn’t make that my first approach if i where you…
No thanks, we don’t need to convert this world completely into World of Elfcraft. It is already bad enough
Yes, well, if you want to make that argument then take it to the other thread. I do find your statement quite ridiculous on that.
I’d say a very big factor is the aesthetics. The ‘spirit’ of the race. Blood Elves don’t seems like the nature loving druidic type. Maybe before when they were High Elves it could be a slightly better fit.
Too formal, too aloof.
Zandalari Druids are quite a different thing, even though as a species they’re also very formal and not the obvious character to have that class.
Again, if it’s going to be a thing, in my opinion they need to make it work in an unconventional way.
NO but in caps
Your of course self aware your saying this about races who have established lore. While at the same time advocating Tauren ninjas in other threads with no lore or logic what so ever. And still expecting me to take you seriously. And of course not being a troll right?
Just have to make sure… You never know these days.
Better stay away from the botanica then.
Wearing green and planting some seeds does not make one a druid…
There is a reason he is called ‘‘High Botanists’’ And not ‘‘High Druid’’ Cause he aint one…
He plants flowers and grows seeds… And wears green armor… Don’t get confused.
Gonna go plant some strawberries on my balconey… Guess i am a druid now.
He’s a resto druid…
Cause he plants seeds and can use one druid ability?..
He knows tranquility in tbc.
