I love how players love sally whitemane and yet she isn’t important and has barely any lore Mograine is the actual boss 
but i agree scarlet monastery raid would be MUCH cooler.

SM not reserved, you can zone in it, also a lot of hunter bots farming it right now. Maybe they will change it later (who knows?) but in that case people who clear it now will get loot not obtainable anymore.
SM would be better imo and its a much more popular dungeon. Or even Uldaman, Gnomeregan sucks.
I guess we are gonna do a s…tonn of SM runs next phase, so if Blizz would make a raid out of it on lvl 40 as well we would get Scarlet Crusade/Human in Scarlet clothes fatigue by the end of 2nd SoD phase, just as Draenor was famous for orc fatigue running from SoO September 2013 in MoP till HFC in 2016 and just like some of us had Elves fatigue in mid Legion in 2017 (an illusion? What are you hiding?).
Besides SM is too much of a leveling instance and if you would tale remake it whole into raid what will you do then with dungeon leveling? Run countless Gnomers each day, because you exhausted you lvl 26, 27 and 28 world quests allready to get extra gold rewards in phase 1? Well original Gnomer would bring you only to lvl 34-ish and then you would get instance content gap covered by nothing.
No, they better save Scarlet Crusade theme for new lvl 60 raid and add some epic storyline about Ashbringer along to it.

But I really don’t think they will skip Scarlet Raid. THERE IS LITERALLY NO REASON TO SKIP. Everyone and their mother wants SM raid. It will be so much fun no joke, yeah they are not skipping that at all. Literally free positive attitude from players, why would they skip that. Maybe they save it for max level.
If I remember correctly, BFD was a hated dungeon as well. Not by me and not even close as much as Gnomer, but look at it now. I think most people like it.
The thing with Gnomer is that it takes a lot of time and effort to learn the layout. And you can just as easily forget it. I remember there was a time in the past when I knew the layout pretty well and wasn’t bothered at all. I think once they make it a raid people will learn all the paths, become familiar with it and won’t hate it at all.
We already like Scarlet Monastery, no need to fix what’s not broken.
I think the same argument stands for Sunken Temple. Simply copy and paste what I said about Gnomer and apply it there. And I hope ST is our lvl 50 raid, and NOT BRD.

Very odd! I think STV was the best ever pvp content!! I spent months in there during vanilla on my priest (PvP server) and it was amazing!!!
You’ve no idea/info about the Gnomeragon raid, so it just sounds like you’ve a doom and gloom type personality.

Right ? I agree with you , dunno what this guy is smoking tbh, i never avoided STV , it is legit the most memorable experience since 2004 of all leveling zones and i have many fond memories and epic battles held there around booty bay and the arena and also the tents ofc … ive been there as horde and as alliance and i cant tell if its nostalgia or what ,but all i can say is GOLD TIMES. As for Gnomer raid… i cant say sh!t for 19 years i have probably been there once and i dont like how it looks and the type of mobs inside , mechanicals and robots and meh lol , But i dont care actually as long as they do the pvp event actually PVP this time , hell even dumb ASHRAN is better than this Ashenvale we now have . Someone at Blizzard should really learn what pvp is and that isnt the pve event they call pvp atm.

Of course Horde want STV to be “the” zone. Its lovely little FP/Zeppelin in the middle of the map and a short run up to Nessing Way for some “pvp” versus questing lowbies.
The culture and playerbase in 2004 was much different compared to 2019. This exposes the map as pretty much one sided, like many others.
I also hope they dont make brd into a raid. Its memorable because it is e mega dungeon and not a raid would love to see sunken temple as a raid as well it just kinda fits the theme of a raid.
Idm gnomer but they’ve gotta give it some compelling loot because the drop table is abysmal.
I’m wondering at this point if we will even get new zones like Gilneas or Hyjal or actual NEW dungeons. This doesnt seem like classic + at all
I did always skip gnome, the robot mechanic style isn’t for me.
You’re bugging, Gnomer is fun asf. Unless you get lost which is oftentimes the case but it’s peak classic dungeon-making in every aspect.
Can’t wait to see how the raid is gonna turn up
