Also hot take: all human male characters should be voiced by Troy Baker or Nolan North as accurate representation of modern video game protagonists. Those two guys voice like 90% of main characters this past decade.

I didn’t read the guide…or anything else on this thread. But I hope you mentioned that it is an absolute must to have an Hourglass figure, aswell as a theme song and a game of thrones voice reference? If not, then why bother? /s

I recall one guy standing in Cathedral Square with their TRP profile full of these tips and they were put there in quite hilarious manner, it also said he was protesting against “bad RP profiles”. Pretty much the same tips as here, good stuff. Can’t argue against any really.

I can never quite get the whole “voice” thing for your characters, I find it quite difficult to imagine voices for most of them. Although again, partly as a joke - my Highmountain has now gained the voice of Jorgen Von Strangle from Fairly Odd Parents.

But more seriously, there’s only a few characters i’ve actually considered their voices enough to go out and 1) find a suitable one and 2) decide to tack it onto a profile.

I use that exact same template on all my characters, with a link to an art album with the characters of mine that have commissioned art to match.

It works wonders.

And that was mainly my point
it is okay if you want to add some glitter and color to your profile
if pink is a color that you like or if it is way to “show don’t tell” who the character is, by all means go ham

dark colors on the dark background, that you have when you mouse over someone? that should be a sin.
