Still nothing, 7 full (or nearly full) tabs wiped. I still don’t know if they are working on this or not. I haven’t been told that none of my stuff can be retrieved so I’m still waiting in hope.

Today more to the end of the day going to do a “round” to see if anything “changed”… does anyone else think that some of the reports are getting strange?
Yeah it’s possible. I know that our guild vault, only two tabs were wiped (about 75% emptied though, so still a few items left) and those were tabs where, not long before, I’d been trying to reorganise but they glitched - items that I’d tried to move becoming unmovable and “greyed out”.

So, another week has passed. I logged into the game - and saw a letter in the mail. I open it - and see there… gold from the auction for the sold pet, who miraculously did not get wiped with a bunch of my other pets in my two guild banks. Honestly, I already thought that no one would ever buy this pet from me at such a price. But never say never. I continue to wait for the promised letter from Blizzard with compensation.

We’re still here having been massively screwed by this soulless corporation that’s pretending to be Blizzard. Great…
Edit: Oh I see, we’re in the support forum now. What, can’t have us spread a negative light on the game when they need to be happy about the WoW direct?

Yeah, for a few minutes I thought Blizzard actually deleted the subject.
Doubt it means this is under review again or them doing something about it.
Probably step nr2 to get this forgotten.
Oh ignore me … I was getting confused with the US thread. I think this one has been amended so that it shows the date it’s relating to … perhaps an acknowledgement that potentially there may be a similar issue reoccurring and to keep them seperate?
Clearly been moved to hide it from the main forums. It’s not like the 3rd party company that provide “customer service” are going to be given permission to give us any kind of update. Not been a blue post since this thread was created.

Both my Guild banks were wiped completely clear on Dragonblight EU. My personal did not contain much but my main guild, which I am GM, 7 tabs, +500 items/pets/gear/stacks of mats etc. Collected since Vanilla, gone for both me and all guild members. It’s not “some missing items” but a full wipeout and NOTHING since has happened or been compensated. I read about some feeble attempts of “restoration” and that’s all.
I guess this is all about math: X money to restore and compensate vs Y money to loose the players because they have certainly lost me from Retail, TWW until this is settled properly.
The time and effort lost in the guild bank wipe is just… ghastly…

The U.S. thread was also moved to the bug report forums (originally it was in the general discussion) around the time of the ‘direct’ announcement. 
Since then, they’ve also been playing the guessing game about whether the thread was moved to make it less visible 
,
or if the bug is actually back—which would explain why it’s now in the bug report forum so someone might work on it. 
But again, it’s just a guessing game, since we’re not getting any information. So, what else can we do but speculate? 
As for housing… Normally, I would have been thrilled about this, but now it just feels like , ‘Oh no, the game must be in such bad shape that they’re pulling out this card.’ 
It’s like they kept it as a last resort to use only when things got really bad—and now here it is.
So, instead of ‘Yay! Housing!’ it’s more like, ‘Oh no… its almost over now’
On the ‘bright’ side, though, people will probably notice missing items in their houses more quickly than they would in their guild banks… -.- hooray…

I did have my fun yesterday on their streams by telling other people how awful Blizzard is these days, what they did and didn’t do about this issue and warning them that it could happen to them eventually. Did that every 15 to 30 minutes.
Sure, you had the few super duper defending fan boys that even claimed this never happened.
But it was also quite satisfying to see people respond to me like: “Wait, what did they do?” “omg that’s horrible”.
Even if I denied them one returning player or made a few people think… it was all worth it.
Same with Blizzard’s overly positive posts about their announcement, I’ll spoil their parade whenever I have the chance. Because more people need to know it.
Also during the direct:
Brad Chan saying the following: “if something is broken, fix it; if something is wrong, make it right,” ← such a hollow statement for us isn’t it?

OK an idea:
We demand 5 million gold per missing tab in guild bank.
This amount is nothing for the gold issuer (Blizzard) but quite enough for us to stop screaming for missing items.

GW is a nice game, the community there is nice, the customer support has always been helpful the times I’ve been in need for it. (Think back on how CS used to be in wow, and you have how it is there now) People are friendly, helpful and there really isn’t that many bugs in that game. And before someone tells me to then just kitten off and play that, well woe you, I already am.

I’ll second this. I am not at all satisfied with any of this. 7 guild bank tabs here, just wiped. Sure, I’ve used it as personal guildbank shared between my chars, since we stopped raiding as a guild back in Cata, but that doesn’t mean there were any less valuables in there. Heck, even all the grey stuff I’ve farmed for the baubleworms infuriates me.
I feel kicked in the face by blizzard, and I feel they are waiting for me to apologize to them for doing so…
