Guilds have been broken throughout the entirety of TWW

We’re not aware of an issue where guilds would be broken.

During that time you guys disabled guild achievements too because it was bugging out with the spam.

There were a few bugged guild achievements at the start of the expansion, which have been fixed a long time ago now. You can find more information in this thread: 10.2.7 Guild Achievement Broken

So Rather than fixing it you guys disabled it. Including one called “Stay Classy”.

The Stay Classy achievement is currently in-game, and the bug that affected it was fixed several months ago (see previous thread).

So please make the guilds non faction based and put them as neutral. Here are other issues I have encountered aswell alongside the achievement issue.

Customer Support is not able to modify the game, so this would be more of a suggestion. Please do feel free to send this feedback to our developers if this is an important issue for you.

Currently, guilds are either Horde or Alliance, depending on the faction of the guild leader who created the guild. This is how the game works, and is not a bug.

Please fix guilds especially with it becoming a big part of player housing in Midnight.

With Housing in Midnight, the current plan is to have them be set up on the Horde or Alliance side, depending on the faction of the guild. Once set up, players from both factions will be able to access the Housing area for the guild (so an Alliance player would be able to access the Horde side of the guild’s Housing, if the guild was on the Horde side, and vice versa).

Edit: Another bug that has been floating around is the roster realm names multiplying and not being able to invite/private message people because of it.

I’m not entirely sure what issue you’re referring to here. I’m not seeing any duplicate realm name in the Roster list of the guild at the moment. If this is the case on your side, please double-check your addons, and report a bug to our developers if the issue persists.
