I don´t think ilvl per se is an issue if you are willing to continue gearing up. We had 2 people ilvl 340 last time and we did 7/8 HC.

As Dimi said, not really. Right now we just need more people as the last 2 fights seem to be tuned for bigger groups than we've running with.
