Hi and welcome to the Ineffable (Horde, Draenor)(4/8M) guild recruitment post!

So, who are we?
We started back in Legion as an Alliance guild, clearing all but the final raid tier. In BFA the guild was a little scattered, and after BoD launched - 3 of the key members joined a guild, but sadly, that guild was far from the type of guild we wanted so we decided to bring the team back.
:small_orange_diamond: We are a raiding guild with a more ‘casual’ approach. We think that WoW is a game and because of that, you can have fun and still progress.
We always cleared heroic and managed to start on mythic. The minimum goal is “Curve" and to push as far as we can, but if you can’t attend raid one day, just message us as soon as you can - we understand that IRL tends to get in the way.

Why are we recruiting and what can we offer?
The latest patch and classic made it hard for many guilds to recruit, and a fair few has left our core team, so we are recruiting for dedicated DPS in order to progress in mythic.
:small_orange_diamond: We use discord to communicate outside of the game and recommend for new members to join it so it’s easier for everyone to get to know you and interact with you.
(Keep in mind, the more teased you are, the more we like you!)
:small_orange_diamond: We log every raid with warcraft logs & use a spreadsheet which tracks your quests, M+, and more.
:small_orange_diamond: In raid, we can provide feasts, cauldrons, enchants & gems along with other things. So if you get a BoE item and you don’t want it/need it, we’ll offer it to guildies for 50% off of AH price. If nobody wants it then, we’ll sell it on AH and put the gold in the gbank.

:exclamation:Our raid times are Thursday & Sunday, 9.30 PM ST to 10.30 PM ST.
:exclamation:Heroic ALT runs on Fridays, 9.30 PM ST to 10.30 PM ST.
What we are recruiting for:
:small_blue_diamond: Exceptional DPS that fills the requirements, and ranged is preferred.
:small_blue_diamond: Socials are always welcome!

:exclamation:Requirements: Neck at 65 or above, reasonable ilvl (with benthic), and provide any logs you are able to.
(However, everyone will be considered, so don’t be scared to ask! This will also be updated frequently)

You are also very welcome to join as a social if you feel like you want to get to know the guild better first. :slightly_smiling_face: Especially if you’re on a different realm, just make a alt and message us!

This guild has been more than home, I have to leave in a month because of the army, but I cant imagine not having these guys around. If you are looking for a home, really, you can find it here.

After getting a bunch of new faces that we are thrilled to have with us, we finally progressed to 2/8 mythic yesterday with an awesome effort from everyone.

Hi lovelies!
The post has been updated to what we currently need.
Ranged DPS preferred (although everyone will be evaluated), stricter requirements but if you are unsure, just add the GM or I, we don’t bite.
