[H-RP] Sixty Thieves

Hello again AD.

This is your reminder that joining the Sixty also gets you this sinister sweetheart.

Be sure to bring her flowers. Or a bone-saw.
Sixty Thieves are once again hanging around Ratchet (with the brief and careful visits to the city, too), though only for a short stay. After robbing some pirates blind (with the aid of two orcs who did a lot of the punting and smashing) they are rather satisfied with their steady flow of work. Nonetheless, the Thieves remain quick on their feet for any grunts that may notice their return.
Updated some information on first page!

Doing business with Koln!

Glad to see our new members are getting to work asap!
Always nice to be working along with fellow players and guilds.
Had a good run in with the GM of this guild after he tried to steal some sort of demonic item from my belt. Needless to say, not a good idea! Muchos gracias for giving me some interesting RP tonight!

Tact should probably sit back in his chair and stick to planning the big heists only, his luck on the streets seems to have vanished over the years. Fun RP, nevertheless, and the orc should hope their paths shall never cross again, or Tact may bring along some back-up to teach him some manners.

On a different note, the Sixty Thieves have named themselves a new Enforcer! Congratulations and good luck to Beef (Anabe)! Long may he beat the holy fel out of all those who should dare to oppose the Thieves' Code; the pillar and the spine which keeps the gang from falling into ruin from within. You break the Code, and Beef will break you.

The gang will remain in Uldum for a couple more days to plan, prepare for, and carry out an upcoming heist. After that, they'll set sail back to the Eastern Kingdoms. They're also still on the lookout for able-bodied and skilled thugs, pickpockets, and other criminals to join their ranks, to make up for those who they've recently sent away. Yes, yes! I feel the power running through my vei-.. Ahum. I mean.. Behave, or else. *wags finger*
Sixty Thieves are now in Quel'thalas, targeting the rich, the nobles, and any other arrogant elves they think deserve a robbing. We will be staying here for up to 2 weeks (in which the latter time will be spent in Tirisfal/Undercity.
The Sixty Thieves' visit to Quel'thalas and Lordaeron is coming to an end, as they await for a journey back to their beloved Ratchet and Orgrimmar. Time to go home!

Their stay was a success both profit- and recruiting-wise, though not without a good bit of trouble on the side. Welcome to our two newest silvertongues, now going by the names Doughnut and Poet! It is no surprise that the elven lands provides with well-spoken "gentlemen" such as these.

With the addition of these two, the Sixty Thieves are now specifically on the look out for classic thief and criminal archetypes; pickpockets, muggers, robbers, and dealers. We have the use of words covered, so now we could use a couple of more sneaky and thuggish ones. Someone's got to do the job while these two blabber about, right?
You know it's kinda funny if the guild had 61 members ;P Might bring my blood elf in this guild.

Ha, the question "So, there's sixty of you?" asked ICly is met with a slow turn-around, walk-away response. One day we'll get there, and when we're 60 we'll be no more than that!

We have been in the lovely port town, Ratchet, for a few days now and we are all pretty excited to get to work. Feel free to keep your coin pouches in plain sight and ignore any shady figures you might meet in the next few days, they're all wonderful people, I promise.
Sixty Thieves are still lingering around Orgrimmar, Durotar, Ratchet and the rest of the Barrens. Their main aim is to pickpocket the inhabitants and go on miniature heists when rumours tell of a rich house or person. Guild and simply player interaction with the members is loved! The guild is full of thief members who will do their job and steal in actual RP rather than behind the scenes. Recruiting is still open, as is some sorts of partnerships!
After a couple of members' unspeakably stupid actions last evening in the Horde capital, one thing led into another and the Sixty Thieves found themselves deep inside a hostage situation. Tact and Fade met face-to-face with the Grunt-Captain of the Fourteenth Legion for the first time on the different side of the negotiation table, along with another grunt and an agent of the Shattered Hand.

After over an hour of more or less heated up discussion and exchange of threats, the Sixty Thieves and the representatives of the Horde came on terms; The Sixty Thieves would no longer raid the Horde property, and in turn, they'll be free to show themselves in Orgrimmar and other settlements of the Horde without the risk of being dragged behind the bars. In addition, the Thieves agreed to feed the grunts information about anything interesting they come across in the streets, as well as run the odd job for the Horde, putting their sneakish skills to use for the common good.

On these terms, the hostages were returned (more or less) unharmed back to the Thieves. Now that nothing but the Legion's word against the Thieves' remain, whether the Sixty will jump onto the next boat headed for the Eastern Kingdoms or stay to stick to their part of the agreement, will remain to be seen... Perhaps it could prove profitable to work for the Horde now and then - and wait... what's this we hear about an incoming gold-caravan?

Big thanks to everyone who took part in the RP last night, it was a blast - especially getting to follow the exchange of whispers between the conflicted grunts. What this all will mean for the Sixty Thieves is rooting out further potential idiocy (work for our Enforcer, I'm sure he won't mind), and adding even more caution to their activities within Horde territory. Whether they do jump into a boat and take off for now, this will certainly not be the end of their operations in Kalimdor, that much can be promised.
The Sixty Thieves will always be a criminal organisation, and will always steal from anyone who holds a valueable possession. The agreement made between Sixty and the Fourteenth Legion is incredibly good for granting the Sixty peaceful access to cities and towns without feeling the need to keep wide eyes for passing grunts. Whether we can continue working in the shady underground without the grunts noticing is another matter.
The guild (or the majority of it) has moved on to Booty Bay which will be our main rp hub for a week or two. Come say hello and let us grab your gold when you're not looking!

The Sixty Thieves have been hiding out in northern Eastern Kingdoms for over two weeks now. Very small petty crime in the woods of Eversong, and when they dared, pickpocketing lone forsaken in the Tirisfal roads, but nothing of extraordinary mentioning or worth. This little 'break' away from their home, (and the dangerous invasions that was going on around Azeroth) has given them time to prepare for the worst. Their gold-wanting pockets are dry, so it's time to get back out to work. Onwards, to Ratchet!

The guild has been quiet over the past few weeks with very little OOC activity. Summer coming to an end means WoW (and Sixty Thieves) is given some lovin' once gain. Hope to see you all in-game! (and watch your pockets).
