Was bugged yesterday, hopping todays reset would fix it, nothing happened, abbandoned quest and retake it still nothing, can’t get any quest itmes from rares…
Waited so long to get legendary and now can’t finish questline because it’s bugged again…
Seems I’ll use it after it becomes irrelevant…

If they can’t fix it properly just award ppl with the item and let’s go to next stage of quest that hopefully works as it supposed to…
Time costs and not going to spend it waiting till they decide what to do and basiclly tell us over and over that they know about the issue and working really hard on solution…

Having the same issue. been killing rares for 5 hours 0 drops. Start to think this a small indie company. Months to drop the axe. quest still bugged. Comom Blizzard, respect your players.

Yes, you can do this part of the quest now it seems, you can get your 50 taut.
But don’t worry if you think yo could finally get your weapon, the step after is bugged also !
You can’t complete it, as the taut tethercoil quest, it doesn’t count when you kill bosses with the item link.
