back in the olden days we used to protect our healers, keeping an eye on them, always ready to intervene… so stressful
life’s easier now, there’s no need to worry about them any more

Well, I have learned something today. Only heals have defensives. DPS apparently don’t. If the disci survives your probably meager damage it is not because of Power Word Barrier, btw. More likely Pain Suppression, because that is the only thing he/her would be allowed to press while 5 DPS remodel his/her face.

i prefer brawls and non rated bgs to have even amount of healers on both sides
and undergeared people have their own bgs

I just realized that healers would have better time not playing bgs as well. Give paladins the old treatment where they can not have triple hp of everybody else, immunities to everything, while stomping everything from afar, remove healers from bgs and see how it goes! Maybe everybody will have a better time.

Here is my thoughts.

I don’t mind healers healing other players 100%. That’s their role. That’s the sole purpose they joined the BG, if they are doing that - Good , reward them !

What my problem is healers that are freaking playing as tanks because no DPS can actually kill them since their healing output is waaaaaay higher than any DPS spec (ex few).

You picked medic role? Good, go heal YOUR TEAM. You are not BRAWLER. You are support. YOUR TEAM is supposed to keep you safe with peels, CC ( screw CCs) and whatever.

So the solution - give healers the healing debuff but only when they are selfish and HEAL themself. Easy fix.

It use to be, everyone helping each other out… I think the real reason why healers as so tanking is because of team work… Like sometimes when your defending a base and do a call out, some of the time, no one comes… Your onto sumthing right there… Force people to work as a team… Lose your healer, lose a fight…
