It appears to be a hit and a miss if it actually spawns. I suggest checking groupfinder to see if anyone has a working one you can join.

its bugged. you should log into hs then in wow again and it should be granted but we all know its not working

Just give it a day and they will grant us the mount at 100% drop. They did the same with Doomwalker the first time they brought that worldboss back and people raged, too.
They try this every time with limited time events, and every time they fix it so that the mount is a guaranteed drop. Even Tyraelās from the D4 event came back to the TP a month later.

Iāve been getting declined as well on a level 60, was expecting it to be an auto-join but I guess not. Imagining gating who joins your raid group for such an eventā¦

Was on my 469 Evoker, which isnāt too bad to kill it on Iād say 
I have made groups, and there are literally hundreds of people applying at the same time. I highly doubt people are sitting and declining specific players. Itās just that the group gets full of the owner delist the group to not get phased by inviting too many players.
I saw a screenshot of someone showing that there were 450 people applying for his group.

i queued up in the lfg and got now the tabard, disc mount and some cards. best was to do it i think, because its random if the portal spawns in your phasing.
now up in SW , why now ? idkā¦
Yes itās best to just sit in Stormwind and try to join as many groups as possible(donāt write anything in the searchbar so you can see all groups as people use different keywords for their group titles).
I have all the transmog, the mount, the pet and the toy. All I need now are the cards for the achievement.

Yes some group are getting well over a few hundred player applying, but its been a complete mess this morning. The timers all all off whack, no one seems to know whats going on and I still canāt tell if SW is the best place to sit and wait.
