I’d say that this doesn’t apply to me since I’m the one that writes the guide.
If you wanna check your DPS with Sims, you replicate the same environment and test. You have to test a couple of times if you wanna be rigerous since there is variance to your DPS. It’s still a good sanity check since someone that does maybe 50% of their simmed DPS clearly does something wrong.

I would like to thank everyone for all explanations and tips. After collecting some gear (luckily 3x festermight and 2x magus of the dead) and practice I managed to deal some solid dps. Raidbots show for me 27k dps in patchwerk mode without raid buffs; on harder mobs, if I will not mess rotation, and with blowing cooldowns, I have 25-26k. However I must say, this spec is merciless and doesn’t forgive mistakes - if I screw rotation (still most cases ;P), my dps terribly falls down. My best aoe dps was 56k on a pack of non-elite mobs, it was really surprising 
And finally i understood @Ackheron’s advice to avoid death strike in rotation and keep it for low hp, it’s quite simple - harder beating I get, more healing I do, again something that really surprised me.
So, I have still a big homework to do, but finally this spec become for me playable on sensible level. Thanks to everyone once more.
I pray to god DKs get a class revamp in shadowlands it’s probably one of the most boring classes to play atm.
