It depends on what you would like to farm. For example Siren’s Pollen are the herbs that sell for most gold on my server, so ideally you should target the herb that sell for most.
For Siren’s Pollen I usually farm around Crimson Forest in Drustvar. There are always very few people there when I farm both at low and peak hours, making it ideal for me at least.
