Heroic dungeons crazy long queue time

Deepholm lag is indeed weird. Not your usual kind of lag.

I press stealth, I “go into stealth” but my character stays visible for 3~ sec. Like it’s not an input lag as inputs are immediately recognised but more of a lag of things happening on screen I guess?

No can do. Serving as dedicated Healer for my Guild. Which means I have to keep Ret for outworld activity because I still have two zones left to clear for rep/trash to Disenchant

That is not true. I am on the smallest server still existing and my queue times as dps for specific dungeons are between 15 and 25 minutes, 10 minutes for random. It seems more of a horde/alliance problem. It seems Horde just has a significant lack of tanks and healers. And also overall the smaller population.

Well, 3 out of 5 are usually from my server and at one point i got fast queue because a tank from my server signed up.

And this is why you have a massive healer/tank shortage. It’s harder to play healer then ever in classic, less enjoyable and thankless as hell - why would anyone queue random?

Healers that are forced to do heroics to prep for raids are doing guild groups, after all, why wouldn’t you, the difference between brain dead randoms and guildies that know what a kick or cc is is massive.

Not impossible that it tries to find people on your server first, then widens its scope.

My Warlock sits in random heroic queues of over 20 minutes before I give up while my DPS DK gets dungeon pops after a few minutes. Make it make sense.

It’s going to get worse and worse.

Right now, on my protection paladin, i still need some 346 gear, so i sign up for heroic. But soon, i won’t really need anything beside the valor points, and even those can be farmed in raid instead.

I anticipate the queue times to increase unless blizzard give tank more incentive to sign up. For example, a better satchel.

They need to fix the tooltip for the wait time. It says average wait 9 minutes and then you sit in the queue for 30 mins +

Decent use of interrupts, stuns and stops is the difference between a nice, quick pace through the dungeon and having to regularly sit down to drink.

If you referring to kicks etc when talking about CC sure. Sheeping, trapping and whatnot would arguably make the group harder to control with all that aoe going on.
Also die Trashmobs dont warrant the use of CC aside from kicks.

As a blood dk i can tank 3 packs at the same time, why not steamroll dungeons to keep it interesting? 1 pack at a time i can just drop keyboard on floor and stomp on it.

Its weird there are DPS on my realm 30min + wait time and the tank option doesn’t have the satchel reward

I dont understand how this is so hard to understand, in a group with players that play somewhat proper, you can completly steamroll cata heroics.

Unfortunatly, the vast majority of RDF runs do not contain such players, and a lot of those who are good players, simply do not give a danm when solo queueing into RDF.

So that YOU can solo tank 3 packs at a time, dont mean others can, however far many think that they can, but fail at proper cooldown usage, leading to their early demise.
