What is Spite?
Spite are a friendly progressive raiding guild which clear content when current. Its important for us to build a community where everyone belongs and with banter while being serious when raiding. We’re a non-min-maxing guild which means that we’re not going into small details unless needed to. Raid setup depends more about how we work together as a team than bringing the most optimal.
What do we require from you
Players with a serious mentality for progress raiding in terms of personal responsibility and improving themselves as the tier goes on.
You have to be a teamplayer, help out guildies and be able to take constructive criticism if needed.
We’re looking for:
1 x Elemental Shaman
1 x Holy Paladin
1 x Resto Shaman
Any other exceptional ranged dps will be considered.
Raid schedule
Wednesdays (19:30-23:00)
Sundays (19:30-23:00)
Loot
We’re using a fair and transparent loot council where everything is given out equally with soft prios on e.g. gun/bows to hunters first etc. +1 when receiving an item so everyone have a chance to get an item each raid. To support our council we use That’s My BIS where everyone makes their BIS lists so we ingame can see what everyone needs and we can continue the raid quickly. All that data is open for everyone to see.
